It was a very good experience and I would definitely stay there again. The service was excellent and they even helped us move to a different suite due to some issues. This made our stay even better. The location of the hotel is also excellent.

A wonderful restaurant offering simple yet flavorful dishes. Portions are perfectly balanced, and the pricing adds a touch of humor—where a glass of wine is actually cheaper than water. Its prime location right on the Champs-Élysées makes it an undeniable favorite.

Where to begin, my second stay in many years. I had fond memories but I needed to comment on this stay - simply the finest customer service - you are made to feel at home and cared for. The room si very small and smell badly. I had asked for a non-smoking room yet my room smell like an ashtray. I am very alergic to tobacco and the cigarette smelling. I asked to have the room change but the hotel only provided a person came up to my room to treat the smell. The room still smelled like an ashtray but the hotel would not change my room.. Solid hotel experience. Great reception staff. Longer walk to city center and buses didn’t run on schedule so used taxis to get to city center and rented a car to go exploring beaches.

Good location for me. Easy access coming into the city and suited me on the way further south.

I already left a comment for the day before since we booked for the night but separately because there was a date error and we were simply offered as the rooms were not the same to pay 10 € more to have a superior room for both nights. To summarize, the room was very good the service also, the swimming pool and the heated jacuzzi great and the staff very pleasant I recommend this hotel

A very smart hotel with a large indoor pool. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a restaurant for us. There is free on site parking. Lovely hotel, in a great position. Recently renovated with excellent contemporary styled bedrooms. We enjoyed a great 2 night stay here, eating once in the restaurant - great menu, good food, great service. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools, free to residents, but car parking a bit steep at 33 euros per day. We would stay there again if we return to La Baule.

We had a lovely stay, beautiful spacious and spotless bedroom. Breakfast was very good, however the staff were very very prompt in closing down the service, switching of the lights while we were still finishing our breakfast. Only 1 person at the front desk spoke any English. But definitely recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay in Bordeaux. The room had an unpleasant smell, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the entire property is in need of serious renovation. The room is spacious and clean. We have to take the tram to go to the city centre. It’s around 5-10 mins walk to the tram station. You can’t control the air con from your room, you have to dial to the reception to change the temperature for you.

It is better to choose American chain hotels in Europe. The rooms are large, the beds are large, the breakfast is rich, and bottled water is provided in the room, so you don't have to run to the corridor to get water. But the cleaning is average. The location requires driving to get to the old city.

Excellent resort hotel but not near enough to the downtown area (shops and restaurants and waterfront) where the real action is. However, if your goal is golfing, or you have private transportation, you won't be disappointed.
