Not as in the room description. New hotel, nice room. However instead of 14th floor and balcony and sea view we got 7th floor with no view- building. You need to have your head outside the balcony to see the sea (photo with the sea taken with the hand outside the balkony) . The host explained that they had the renovation. They cancel our stay at booking after the stay (not to pay or not to get the review? I don't know). No reception desk. We were waiting for check - in 30 minutes (it was after check-in time).
The view is very beautiful, and the host is very understanding and well-intentioned, he helped extra for the price, thank you
The hotel is new, but made in Georgian, the gaps in all doors from which the cold is blowing and the noise from the road can be heard, the door to the balcony cannot be closed. No remote control for air conditioning and cold in the room
Nice rooms. We had a 14th floor with two balconies and sea views. In the evening, a gorgeous view. Breakfast is of course simple, it is better to have a cup of coffee in your room in the morning and go to a cafe, for example, Sazandari by lunch. I liked it more, although there are still a couple of good cafes nearby - Gourmet and Tangerine.
