I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After traveling all day, I arrived exhausted, only to be told that I had to cancel my reservation made through Booking.com because they had shown rooms as available that didn’t actually exist. Then, they asked me to book again through Booking at a higher price. The reception staff was absolutely unhelpful, and the manager avoided facing the problem and refused to speak with us. Breakfast was awful – everything was chosen from the cheapest quality. Later, they cut off the water, and we couldn’t even use the toilet. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

We started to have bad experiences very fast , we have paid and booked 3 rooms from booking and they have told us after we reach at hotel that they don’t have available rooms from booking and they forced to cancel the rooms , after that they sold us same rooms with +50€ we didn’t have other choice because of that we stayed and breakfast was bad and the manager is a women afraid to face his fault and afraid to resolve problems … so our experience was bad there is more problems but it’s not enough here to explain it

One of the worest hotels ever. A 3 stars hotel is better. I slept while keeping the toilets door opened then I woke up because of the sewafe smell. I could not sleep all night even after I closed the toilets door.
Not all staff speak English
The breakfast is very limited, a 3 stars hotel offers a breakfast with more variety. The food is very salty.
Not recommended at all

We recently stayed at Legacy Hotel in Batumi with two group bookings for 28 guests on separate dates, and both stays were exceptional. The hotel is immaculately clean, and their team went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. From their caring and responsive service to the comfortable accommodations, we had a wonderful experience. We’re already planning to return soon! A big thank you to the management and staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Staying at Hotel Legacy was really pleasant for us. We enjoyed our time at hotel thanks to the kind and caring staff. Misha and Lery, the reception guys, really cared about guests. I want to thank them for their good temper and help. We were traveling with pet and our pet also enjoyed her time. The rooms were clean. The hotel wasn’t far from the beach nor the city center. Definitely choosing the same stay for the next time too.

One of the best hotel's I've ever been ...clean and comfortable.. proper amenities huge breakfast..nice staff and it has a balcony for hanging your washed clothes and so on... I recommend you.

I have been impressed regarding the water hose in the bathrooms, it means a lot to all muslims lol
The services are v. good, reception staff are so friendly better than people in Tbilisi
The cleaning is excellent
There is an new, clean elevator!!

Good stuff but bad position and roads are bad...far for 10 walking minutes to the boulevard.
But big rooms nice breakfast stuff veryery good

The hotel corresponds to the declared category. Really 2*. The location is terrible , to sea 1960metrov through the construction site and piles of garbage. Breakfast OK . The room tolerable , but again, 4 stars and does not smell. The hotel even there is no ventilation in the halls and corridors. In conditions of 40 degrees and a huge humidity, it is not comfortable. Couldn't exactly recommend!!!
