This hotel was a fantastic choice! The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything was super clean and well taken care of.

Not recommended at all. Sheets had stains and also had some holes at the corners. Absolutely disgusting. Package we had included daily room service, but they didn't clean anything until we told them directly 3 days later. New sheets also had some stains.
Floor is a carpet and has some stains and is more prone to be dirty.

The toilet was not working ) and water from the shower was flooding the whole bathroom.

Traveled with a friend in August 2022. We express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. I want to separately thank the owner Tamaz. Awesome and nice person! He was so interested in each client, showed attention and care. Starting from the moment of the meeting - compliments, a story about the most interesting sights, etc. and ending with goodbye. There are small cons (in principle, as elsewhere, they can be found), but they are offset by the pluses that are. I liked the location of the hotel - 10-15 minutes to the sea. And there is a 6 km embankment, along which it is a great pleasure to walk. Handsomely. Grace. We hope to come again! Huge thanks to everyone!

Rooms are clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. Rooms have air conditioners, mini-fridges, TVs and internet connection. Breakfast is included in the price although it wasn't as satisfactory. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

One star is more than enough for this so called hotel. My reservation was based on it 4-star classification. But it more like providing a bed and closet. No room service, no amenities, no toilet paper, no tea or coffee at the room and of course no english speaking staff even at the reception.
