We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

The hotel is on the outskirts, close to the airport. There's a constant, terrible wind here that nearly knocks you off your feet. The room is cold, heated by the air conditioner, but it's useless because the balcony door and windows are broken and drafty. The wind blows into the room so strongly that even the heavy curtains lift. I was assigned a room without a view, even though I had booked one with a view. We arrived late, the rooms weren't ready, and they weren't aware of our booking.
On the plus side, the room is large and there's hot water, thanks to a dedicated water heater.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

I don't recommend this hotel, and we've had water problems on the upper floors for three days now. The receptionists can't really explain it. They don't know anything. Wait until they fix it. We're sitting without water. There's an internet problem. They also keep saying they'll fix it.

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

I don't recommend this terrible hotel to anyone!!!It was just waste of money! 1-the staff doesn't speak any language except their stupid Georgian!2- the service is very low,air conditioner doesn't work in rooms!!! I was baking there in hot August! Also they've just 30 minutes limit for hot water in a bathroom!!!If you don't finish,after 30 minutes the cold water runs automatically and you must wait another 1 hour to have hot water again!!3- They didn't give me even my DESERVED BRESKFAST WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!Their breakfast ladies just yelled at me and kicked out saying that BREAKFAST IS FINISHED,but it was from 8 to 11(I went at 10.30!!!). I bought breakfast from my pocket 5 days!!! 3- They didnt have terrace,but before they promised me a suit with terrace!!! Also no even a single fork or spoon in the room for guests! How should I eat,with my fingers??? Also receptionists were very rude,not helpful and expecting only tips from you...I don't know who gave them these 4 stars but they don't deserve even 1 star!!! If you want to have good vacation and not yo waste your money,NEVER GO THERE!

Really nice hotel in Batumi! The staff are super kind and helpful. Even though not all of them speak great English, they do everything they can to support you — they even helped us get bus tickets, which was way beyond their job.
The location is pretty good, close to tourist spots and also local shops and services. For a 4-star place it was totally fine, and breakfast was decent too. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay.

If you are Arabic guest or Muslim I don’t recommend at all

Managers don’t want to help at all.
No Russian, no English.
They refuse to assist with simple requests, like getting a knife for a watermelon, or even with essential matters, as they are unfamiliar with the hotel's check-out procedures.
I regret choosing this hotel

We booked two suite rooms for a family with six persons.
Positives:
Location is great near to Grand mall where there are shops and restaurants. Many shops around in the area as you can find groceries and Turkish restaurants. The view of the rooms are wonderful as you can see the sea and the city from the top. Beds are comfy.There is a kettle with coffee and tea. The breakfast was good. People in the reception desk were friendly and the pullman was ready to pick up our luggages to our rooms. Cleaning services are available everyday. Slippers, body lotion and small shampoo are available.
Negatives:
The building is old. Bad smell in the bathrooms and pathways. They need to use air fresheners and disinfectants. No facial tissues inside the rooms. Need to provide 4 mugs as the rooms fit 4 persons. They don’t provide blankets on the beds! No brush and toothpastes! The balcony is nice but dangerous if you have kids. Some towels are small , need to have ones bigger for taking shower. Only one voucher to use the wifi in one device for one person! The signal of the internet must be better as the location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. If you have many devices you can’t use the voucher again! The noise around is easily heard and you can hear the sound of others next to your room!! I recommend serving desserts and cakes in the breakfast buffet.
Overall, it was nice stay. I like most the location near to the Grand mall
