Hotel Jeal in Batumi

I don't recommend this place.
I traveled all over the world, but never met such a rude host.

The room was smelly and dirty. There was dirt on the floor, the toilet had a strong smell of urine and the shower was still wet and dirty from the previous guests. There were neither towels nor soap in the apartment, there was also no detergent to clean the dishes in the kitchen.

The owner of Jeal hostel/apartments made a mistake with our reservation, but kept shouting at us. He admitted to be a very emotional person, but I don't think that's the way any host should communicate after he booked 1 room for a big group instead of 2. He kept our prepayment money, we paid more for the bigger room and he refused to admit anything wrong from his side.

We met so many welcoming and caring hosts in low cost apartments in Georgia. This one was definitely not one of them.

The room was smelly and tiny for that number of people. Towels weren’t clean as well. The place is on basement. I don’t recommend it to stay.

Apartment wasnt cleaned and did not meat Our expectations at all. When trying to talk about the Room and Our Booking, we did not get any help and only got rude Answers. Much better and cheaper Alternatives available in Batumi!
