To be frank,
Rooms were in great condition, Staffs were friendly and willing to lend a hand when ever someone asked them anything, Breakfast is great, from 9 to 11 AM, the quality of the food was good and there was variety of foods, all that aside, the location is qeuit far from absolutely anything, 30 min walk to beach, 45 min walk to Ali and Nino statue, and 20 min walk to willmart (their local hyper market with plenty of goods).
Overall, if you don't mind to walk (the weather is humid and hot in summers) this place is great.

Overall not bad, clean. 15 minutes to the beach. The staff are very friendly, which is worth a lot.

Nice staff, very clean, good water pressure, slippers, shampoo, gel, soap, smart TV + satellite TV, helped to print boarding, looked after things as they checked out, room cleaning is present, air conditioning. There is an iron at the reception. On the downside - a little monotonous breakfasts and the absence of mosquito nets on the windows (it is better to buy a fumigator). A bit far from the center, but everything is decided by a very cheap taxi $ 1 to the sea, $ 1.5-2 to the historical part. Do not get fooled by bombing at the hotel, it is cheaper to take a bolt, maxim, Yandex taxi, at worst, call a car at the reception. I recommend.

Perfect hotel according price, very clean rooms, staff is very nice, even they will keep parking place front of the hotel for you. Food is tasty, you can ask whatever you want and they will cook.
