Boutique Hotel 32 in Batumi

The hotel is close to public transportation, and it's easy to get to the hotel from the airport by bus. It's also close to the Old City, as well as popular and halal restaurants, and many activities, and the breakfast is good.
I arrived early, at 12 PM, after a long

journey. I requested to check into the room,

but unfortunately, I was informed that I could only enter the room at 2 PM, However, this is the hotel's policy, and we will respect it. Unfortunately !, after two hours, the room

was still not ready, and I was only able to check in at 2:39 PM!!. Naturally, I requested an extra hour for check-out. After that, the

door key got stuck and wouldn't lock or open. I informed the reception, but nothing was done. And, of course, every Monday,

there was a problem with the door key getting stuck, and it was never fixed. Also, there was a gas leak smell, and I informed the night receptionist, but he didn't care and told me it might be next to the room, but the smell was strong. Additionally, there were

signs all over the hotel, and there was noise on my floor from children fighting and running. Also, the kitchen smell in the morning filled the rooms and the stairs. When I checked out, I asked to leave my

luggage for two hours in storage. When I came to pick it up, I asked the receptionist if I could use the restroom before going to the airport, but unfortunately, he informed me in an unprofessional manner that there

was no restroom in the hotel!! In the end, I do not recommend this hotel, and thethe

decision is yours. This is just my terrible .experience at that hotel
