Very great place to stay, stuff was very friendly , everything was great, cozy place❤️

My fond memories of Batumi have been completely ruined by the hotel.

The glass was already cracked when we checked in, but they filed a complaint claiming we were the ones who broke it.

I had tolerated the noise and the smell in the room, but after experiencing such a ridiculous situation, my trip to Georgia feels as gloomy as today's weather.

The room was much smaller than what was described online. The room I stayed in was listed as about 25 square meters, but it felt like it was less than 15 square meters, making it difficult to even fit two suitcases. It seems they updated the room size online, perhaps because we complained about it.

It was nice to have a terrace, and the cleanliness was good, but the music was very loud until midnight—likely due to a nearby nightclub—which disturbed our rest.

Although there were reviews stating that the owner and staff were friendly, we did not see anyone other than the kitchen staff when we first entered, so we were unable to request things like toilet paper or towels.
