Hills Hotel in Batumi

I don't understand why this place has good rates.
I was left under the rain and without a room to stay.
When I came according to my reservation girl just advised me to cancel the booking and find another place. And all this in the middle of the thunderstorm.
She said that they've informed me already in Booking (same day, only couple of hours prior), while I was travelling and had no internet.
Not helpful, the worst experience during my whole travelling.

Couple of days later: now on top of this and review on Booking same girl is threatening that if I'm not gonna delete the review they gonna charge my card. How such people can work

Wish I could leave 0 star.
Found room online, thought to walk in as I was close. Door said come in we’re open, while it’s locked.
Called the number, got hung up after hearing I’m here to stay without reservation.
Nothing but a joke.

Arrogant,  black hearted, rude and unfair hotel staff!
After taking a shower in the evening the shower cabin's door exploded spontaneously and one of the door glass fall into million pieces.....cutting my both legs at many different places!
Insted of granting a new room for me and taking care of my injuries, the hotel staff highlighted I am responsible for the "damage", I caused the damage on purpose...
Althought the million pieces of glass chips is the evidence,  an explosion happened because of amortization or tiredness of the glass. Only because of the tension in the material can such a glass explode into pieces, it is impossible to damage it like that anyway.
I have almost 400 different reservation in the last 10 years and no one of the host complained about my inadequate behaviour!
Finally the hotel staff forced me to pay extra money for the replacement of the shower's cabin door.
Sorry but I have nothing to do with the accident,  I just touched the handgrip of the door and it exploded....
It is not about the money,  it is rather about principles and additionally insted of supporting me after suffering many injuries, to draw profit from the fact I have an early transfer to Mestia and I need my passport back, they just forced me paying compensation.

Worst place ever! We went to the hotel and the door is closed, we called them and no one pick up, one time she picked up the phone and say hello then hang up, we have to cancel our booking and book another hotel! If you are not open please dont let people book and remove from websites !
