They set prices and demand you pay more than one day before arrival. No English is available; even Russian was used only for rude intimidation. Avoid at all costs; it seems there are plenty of places where you won't be fooled or insulted.
The price listed on Booking.com was deceptive, and the hosts rudely demanded additional payment—not in advance, but the day before check-in (even though the reservation was made six months ago), threatening to cancel the stay—even though the price listed on Booking.com was their fault. Stay elsewhere, save your nerves; they don't recover.
