Good hotel, clean will visit again

Great location in old town area, my room was clean yet water pressure was quite an issue. Staff were helpful (of course you have to ask them first) but sadly I didn't feel really friendly.

Although I was concerned about the number of industrial buildings surrounding the hotel, the convenient location, close to the bus station, marshrutka stop, and vegetable market, was excellent.

It also had a terrace where you could hang out your swimsuit and laundry.

It even had a refrigerator, so you could keep fruit from the market cool.

The amenities, cleanliness, and shower water pressure made this a very comfortable hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Turn left and walk about 100 meters. The sea is just across the road. There is a balcony with tables and chairs. The room is very clean. There are bars nearby.

Good location. Clean, cozy and warm room. Comfortable bed. Hotel staff are kind and helpful. I had a peaceful rest for several days.

While it's called a hotel, it's more like a B&B, where they converted their home into several guest rooms.
The hotel is conveniently located near the statue and European Square, and there are many local specialty shops nearby, making it convenient to everything.
Check-in was quick, requiring only a passport scan. The door opened with a key, not a room card. The room was fully equipped with basic amenities, including disposable items and a small refrigerator. There was also a small balcony with a view.
At 300 yuan, it's not expensive for a tourist city like Batumi. The heating wasn't on, but the air conditioning was. It was quite warm, so I took it off right after checking in. The bed was a bit soft, which I like.
I'd definitely consider this hotel again if I visit again.

My parents stayed well during their trip

Delightful suite in the heart of Batumi. Hospitable and wonderful hosts. Homely atmosphere. Good rooms by all standards, finally there were 2 pillows and 2 blankets, not everywhere in Georgian hotels we met this. Delightful terrace with swing and view of the city. Excellent home-made breakfasts ❤️

The location is very good, less than a 5-minute walk to the beach; in the surrounding alleys, there are cafes, convenience stores, fruit shops, and bakeries. It is also very convenient to take a bus to Kutaisi bus station
