Very nice hotel. 2 minute walk to the sea. Restaurant had excellent food. Very nice and friendly staff. Pool is a plus. If you have children, there's a big playground nearby as well.

There is an air conditioner and mid-size fridge in the room. The TV was dismantled, but we don't care, and there is no time to watch TV. They have a beautiful backyard with pool, grass, trees, and sheslon

The hotel has restaurant with the same name, which serves delicious georgian food. Menu is very divers and offers kids menu as well. Owners and staff are very welcoming, oriented on service and quality

The parking is from another street, Rustaveli Street. There is an intercom to push and talk with the administrator to open the gate. The location is very convenient. Around 200 meters from the beach

The most comfortable thing is that the restaurant and hotel are together, under the same owner. Rooms are clean and wide with two balconies. The reservation worked very well

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, the girl at the reception is very responsible!!!! We went with a small child, very comfortable accommodation, cozy, the beach is within walking distance! We had dinner every evening in the hotel restaurant, overlooking the sea, the view was gorgeous, the food was very tasty, especially shish kebab, khachipuri, fish!!!! In 7 days we became friends with all the staff...

A good hotel for a reasonable price, the staff speaks fluent Russian, everyone is polite and courteous, there is a private beach, sun loungers, umbrellas for free, there are not many people on the beach, the breakfast is not bad, everything is fresh and tasty, about breakfast, there is a list at the reception all dishes, mark what you will eat, this is what you will be served for breakfast, I note...

If you chose this hotel , it was good choice. Professional staff , especialy recepcionist, who will help u with any problem. Clean and modern room, resturant with reasonable prices.

Well, in the mornings, the "aroma" of sewage (by the way, this is a real problem in all the guest houses where we lived before). But there were no interruptions in water and the Internet, this is a plus

Check-in was quick, and we were immediately invited to grab some refreshments. We were especially pleased that Chef Nino was willing to prepare dinner to suit each guest's individual preferences

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and decorated in a modern style. The huge courtyard is a true oasis! It's beautifully maintained, surrounded by flowers, and the reception desk is right there

It's no secret that service and Georgia are unfortunately rare concepts, especially for us, spoiled by a civilized European holiday (and given that Kobuleti is a small resort village)

The sea and the promenade are right under your nose, literally a hundred meters and you're on the beach. You can sleep and hear the surf! All the pluses. This place is a real treat for discerning travelers!

There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

The hotel is a bummer, but the price for the rooms is adequate. Equipment and furniture are out of order. In some places, the floor tiles are swollen and pose a danger to guests. Not a single door closes properly

Mold in the room, there are some kind of openings in the closet, there is no canopy over the room (we were in 403), rain floods the balcony. There is no one, you have to ask the waiters with questions

They almost do not understand Russian, English too, I constantly asked to bring drinks without straws (this is important for me), but to no avail

The hotel has accumulated many defects that need to be eliminated. The rooms have a strong cigarette smell

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere

Unexpected gem in Kobuleti! Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled

Came here on a recommendation. I was hesitant at first because of the ratings, but it turned out to be a really good spot. I had the khinkali and liked them. I’ll be back!

My favorite Georgian dish, “Ajapsandali”, is made amazingly in the beach. My biggest recommendation for the local cuisine ☀️🫰🏻

At the end of September is quite cold here and would be nice to have a heating option at room During the summer you have quick access to the beach

This hotel is on the top of my list of best stays ever. Location is perfect, area around the hotel is very green, so you can enjoy walking around. Staff was very hospitable, feeling like you are at home

We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. They have their own outdoor pool as well

The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

A hotel in the center of Kobuleti. Very welcoming people greet you from the moment you step in. I didn't remember everyone's names, but I'm grateful for their kindness

We stayed at this hotel from July 16th to 30th. The hotel is located in the center of Kobuleti, opposite the city hall. The sea is a 5-10-minute walk away

We had a triple room; it was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. There's a pool and a large terrace both upstairs and downstairs

Breakfast was included (tea, coffee, porridge, various types of eggs, sausages, several types of cold meats, and one type of pastry or cookie). It was the same every day, but there was always something to choose from

Lunch is a la carte, 20 GEL per person. There's a swimming pool on site, under a canopy, so the water is always relatively cool. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The hostess, Dali, is very welcoming and attentive

The David Hotel is located in Kobuleti, a very quiet seaside town. I stayed there for a youth exchange, an Erasmus project, where we were staying at this property

A positive aspect of the rooms is the incredible view of the Black Sea from the balconies: the hotel is just a few meters from the beach, so the location is a big plus

Rooms range from the nicest with a sea view to practically unsanitary with a bathroom window that doesn't close and no hot water. I first had a very low-end room but at my request I was moved

The second room had a sea view, balcony and was comfortable

Stayed in the older rooms but it was clean and good. Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Dogs a bonus.

Georgia is certainly a less developed country than Western and European countries, so the quality standards are different. From what I gathered during my experience, this hotel is good quality by Georgian standards
