The hotel is new, the room is quite large. The food is excellent. The Wi-Fi works with four channels, but not all floors have a password. The room does not have an electric kettle, microwave, or kitchen utensils. The TV only has one channel, which is better than others.

The rooms are very average and in need of repair. The beds are terrible, and the mattresses need replacing. The owner is a good man, offering chacha and wine every morning. Breakfast is okay, but it's very late, at 9-10 a.m., apparently, because they don't want to get up early. The owner's son at reception does everything he can, without meaning to. You can be rude to him, and then in the evening, he'll offer to take you to a disco. In short, he's a poor, ill-mannered rich kid, if anyone's there, give him a slap. The rooms are cleaned twice a week, but the towels haven't been changed even once. The good location and the hospitality of the owner, Ruslanych, are what keep the hotel going.

Great place. Right by the sea. The owner, Gogi, is a very kind and hospitable person. The rooms are nice, the menu is delicious.

The TV in the quadruple room #8 doesn't work, there's nowhere to get boiling water in the evening because there's no electric kettle or microwave (which isn't pictured either), so I wonder what the kitchen area is for, and the food isn't a fountain. They promised something like a buffet, but it turned out to be like a cafeteria, and in a normal cafeteria there's even a choice. Here, you eat what they give you. The only thing is you pour your own tea and help yourself with bread, maybe even make your own salad, and that's all there is to a buffet. I think the room prices are overpriced.

Big portions, and very tasty food. Unfortunately service is not very good. We were forced to move from our table before we finished. Also they will give you different(higher) price if you speak English.
