Stayed here from 03/21/2022 to 03/27/2022. The rooms have everything you need. The hosts are friendly and nice people, always go out of their way. The apartments are freshly renovated, everything is new and clean

Cool and very comfortable place where there is everything for life! Large self-catering room with bathroom and 2 balconies. The house is located just a couple of minutes from the sea

There is a minibus to the center of Kobuleti: 5 minutes and you are at the station. In walking distance there is a grocery store and of course the promenade with the sea

Everything in the room is brand new and very clean. Great hospitable hosts! I sincerely recommend!

The rooms are great with kitchenettes. Parking is free, 200 meters from the sea

There are several small chain stores and small shops nearby. The air conditioner works fine, but it is noisy. Of the minuses, we note that cars drive along the street, but this is certainly not the owners' fault

The hotel owners are very nice, they treated us to Georgian cuisine, we treated them to Belarusian cuisine, you can cook there yourself - the cuisine is amazing, the sea is close. Super

You can order lunch and dinner, an average of 7-8 GEL per person, large portions. In general, very, very pleased that they came here

The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. There's a large elevator in the building. Outside, there's a large pool, a barbecue, and tables and chairs. For me, it was great.
