Stayed here for a night - triple room It is located right next to the city's main sights - all at a walkable distance There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby The owners are very friendly and stay in the ground floor It is a beautiful place having old world charm

The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, the staff is very sweet and very kind. I sprained my ankle and was hesitant to ask for help at first, but then I couldn't resist and asked for help and they were very helpful

Even your friend wouldn't bother themselves to find a pharmacy for you at 2 am, though. Most of the family member knows English so it's very easy to get along. Thanks for the hospitality and kindness

The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions

Authentic style, boutique hotel. The hotel rooms are very colorful and lively, that makes you unexpected then you get used to, like it makes you cheerful

The room and corridors are well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and adequate. If you travel by car you can use street parking around the hotel

At the end of September is quite cold here and would be nice to have a heating option at room During the summer you have quick access to the beach

Sleeping with the sound of waves. And try the best handmade foods and cultural foods. The foods are even better than most of the restorants. I fell in love with the people who works there

Our room was clean when we arrived only we got just 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week so we had to ask for it almost every day (they only give you one roll…) Nice balcony view and great location

I was blessed to stay in that hotel. Everything was great including shower head and balcony with view. Only disadvantage of my room was car noise from the road in daytime (no cars at night), but ear plugs helped.

Great and very friendly little hotel, away from the crowds, yet within easy walking distance to the old town and the boulevard. The owner George is a very sunny and outgoing person and made me feel welcome from the start

Location is pretty good, within around 10 minutes walk to the main boulevard. In the area plenty of good restaurants and caffe's. Also the cash exchanges places. The rooms are big enough and have very comfortable beds

The breakfast was good as well, we also wanted to have an omlet which was not a standard and they made it for us. The staff were helpfull and kind. Definitely a nice place almost in the city centre

Great hotel in a great location in a beautiful city! 5 minutes walking to the beach, near the park, dolphinarium, a large shopping center, small shops from all sides, in front of a good wine shop with excellent wine, which you should definitely buy home before leaving

We liked the hotel in that it is small and cozy, close to the sea, and in general which way you need to go, everything is relatively close in distance

In general, one can understand what real Georgian hospitality is about! Next time I will only book this hotel and recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful stay! I wish you prosperity for many years!

If you walk along the embankment to the right, you will go to Nino and Ali, to the left you will go - to the singing fountains you will go. The hotel has a restaurant with real Georgian cuisine

By the way, breakfasts are cooked in a restaurant nearby, everything is fresh, tasty, plus homemade pancakes, pancakes with cheese or meat, kebab, I left a separate review about the restaurant

The staff is responsive, will always help, if something is wrong, they will tell you what, where and so on. The room was cleaned every day, breakfasts are good, you will not stay hungry

Step out the door and you're right on the beach. Plus, they have an on-site restaurant with cold draft beer.

Street Noise: Our window faced the street, so you could hear people chatting outside during the day. However, once we shut the windows at night, it was quiet and I slept soundly without hearing anything

Pros: Super Central Location: It is located right in the city center and extremely convenient. You can walk anywhere within minutes, and there are plenty of breakfast spots just a 2-minute walk away

Our room was very spacious, and the double bed was huge—plenty of space for my daughter to toss and turn comfortably! Friendly Staff: The staff members were all very nice and helpful

It’s just 10 minutes away from Ali and Nino statue. Room & Amenities: The hotel is very clean, and the air conditioning is super strong. There is a fridge in our room

Things to Note: Initial Odor: On our first day, there was a slight smell in the bathroom, but luckily it cleared up and was completely gone afterwards

Unexpected gem in Kobuleti! Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled

Great location! There is a swimming pool. Everything you need to relax! Kobuleti itself is a very calm place. There are no entertainments like in our south

The hotel location is convenient, there is an elevator, the cafe-bar is good, but there are some minuses that the owners should pay attention to

The bed linen and towels are dirty, but when you pay 250 GEL for a room, the cleanliness should be appropriate. You have to leave it and it's better to leave the room alone

There is good internet/Wi-Fi 3. There is a pool in the yard suitable for children 4. It is in a very good location - there are no mosquitoes and you can walk straight from the hotel to the beach ♥️ 5

Walked barefoot in the room and my feet were black. I decided to go look for a better hotel and rather left from M Palace. (It could be such a nice place, but room condition and hotel interior let it down)

Very good hotel, everything is clean staff is heplful and the place is good and not noisy in compare to other hotels which are in city centre. Parking area is big, its very good advantage of the hotel

Good rates, but a dark unwelcoming interior. Room was not cleaned while I was there, and even if I hope that the linen was clean when I got there the pillows definitely smelled of stale sweat

We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. They have their own outdoor pool as well

The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)
