Great hotel and view. But it has narrow road to villa, instead it has shuttle service to sea.

I can't speak about how it's beautiful and cozy the swmingpool is vere beautiful the view is from the fantasy.

I recommend the Smak Hotel in Kobuleti. The host, Gochi, is incredibly welcoming! The rooms are clean and spacious, with en-suite bathrooms, plasma TVs (in every room), and very fast internet

Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around

The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. Breakfast have to take at Euphoria hotel which is located 3 minutes by walk. This hotel is not accept credit card

The most decent and the most helpful hoteliers I have ever witnessed in my life ♥️ They made us stay a couple of extra hours just cuz our train to tbilisi was in the evening and also offered us free rides to the ONE REPUBLIC concert and to the train station! The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool

Inside the hotel, there is also a lounge area with billiards where guests can relax, and a café, though we didn’t try the food there. I did, however, try their breakfast, which was healthy, fresh, and very enjoyable

Breakfast is really nice and on request you can get diner, which is also great! Swimming pool is spotless, same as the rest of the hotel. The private beach is really clean and beds and sunshades are always there

The private beach is worthy of praise: one has only to stop and look around in search of sun loungers and an umbrella, as out of nowhere, a specially trained person appears and now you already have sun loungers and an umbrella installed

The positive reviews about this hotel are real. Very attentive and helpful staff, cleanliness, order and beauty. We got a chic room, as ordered, with a view of the sea. There are no comments in the dining room either

+ Clean, quiet and comfortable room with great(!) martess, pillows and a large spacious closet. Nice courtyard with a pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. - There are no extra electrical outlets (sockets)

The place also has a water park with amazing rides and jacuzzi pools, has a sea nearby for an evening stroll. So all in all its a good relaxing place

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Left only positive memories? service??? Sea across the road, a 3-minute walk away. The breakfasts are excellent. The atmosphere is cozy. We had a great time! Recommend!

Excellent rooms, swimming pool, restaurant!

Though there is much work to be done according to the plan (no swimming pool, child zone etc), the hotel is definitely the best in comparison with other proposals in Anaklia

Excellent location for family or couple. Comfortable rooms, amenities, bathroom. Great helpful staff (especially Receptionist Mariam). We even got the birthday surprise we didn’t expect they’d find out.

The google map does not show the narrow passage to the seaside directly opposite to the hotel - you have only a short walk to the beach

Different stuff loaded in evacuation staircase. Fire safety perspective I would not recommend. Evacuation plan on the wall (1. st floor) doesn’t match real situation. We had 2 breakfast at the rooftop restaurant

Rooms are clean and room service is very fast and polite. Breakfast is good and located on 4th floor. Restaurant prices are like in Europe and you won’t get local food. Better places to go for wine and dinner

In September oranges are ready and very good. But you serve orange juice from glass bottle. Waiters at the restaurant need some more training. I can’t finish up my request and they already run away

Although some points I would stress out : 1. Evacuation staircase fire doors are constantly open. In case of fire you are trapped. Fire doors are not correctly fitted into wall
