I was here last summer, and I have to say, everything was wonderful. The khachapuri was delicious, the food was neat and beautiful. The rooms were well-kept and clean. And it's a short walk to the beach.

The guesthouse is excellent! The room was very cozy and rather warm. Both the bathroom and the room were very clean, and moreover stylish, as for me :) Communication with Madonna and Timur was friendly

The hosts, Timur and Madonna are the sweetest people who tried to accommodate us in every possible way, and it was a pleasure to share conversations with them over a glass of homemade wine

Lovely place, lovely people. Felt so welcome there. They also offered us some free wine and Chacha which we sadly had to decline because we drank to much wine and chacha the night before.

We were lucky as we arrived when Timur was making chacha. So we got acquainted with the process at first-hand, and also tasted its fruits, snacking on Madonna's delicious fluffy pancakes

I am definitely giving my highest rating to this guesthouse. We came for a night but extended for another 4 nights and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. It was simple but very authentic

There is even a swimming pool available in summer period. The location is on the hill 5 min by car from the city center, and you can park within the guesthouse territory

The only issue that we had there is the bathroom od our room - as there is neither shower cabin nor curtain, we had all the tiles covered by water after taking the shower, it is not a big deal since we had the slippers provided, but you need to be careful as the tiles become very slippery indeed

It's run by a Georgian Family. And the name Temo is their younger child's name. They are able to communicate in English very well. but they are doing their best. Their Hospitality is appreciated

The only problem which i faced is the charging plug 🔌 are not stable for my various chargers. But the Guy who runs the hotel helped me by giving an adapter to charge my devices and gadgets

Great hotel. Its own embankment! Distance from Batumi city 15 minutes drive! Children: accepted from any age. Free for up to 5 years! Meals: breakfast, lunch. Home kitchen! Beach: 20 meters from the hotel!

the place was amazing , very clean ,comfortable and good looking place the location was right at the center and was close to all the famous attractions (a perfect location for tourists), the hostess was very kind and nice she treated us excellent, she gave us everything that we needed and even more then we needed and we are very thankful for her help

Great location, 5-10 minutes away from the sea. Personal is very friendly and helping. However, there's high level of humidity. Not sure if it's the inly place, maybe it's everywhere in Batumi

If you are heading to Batoumi then staying at this small cozy hotel is the perfect option. The atmosphere of the hostels in general is luxurious soulless fancy destinations

Good price for a pretty big room, close to many of Batumi's good places. Food was also good, delicious. There were also a lot of good series like laundry and stuff
