Before I even finished parking, another staff member came with a vehicle to pick us up and, as soon as I was done parking, they took our luggage from our car and loaded it onto theirs to bring us to the front desk for check-in

I also really enjoyed the spa and pool area, which were clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel. When I drove up to the entrance, the doorman immediately asked if I had a reservation and confirmed my name before letting me in, which made me feel very safe

The heated pool provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, with its warm waters offering stunning panoramic views

The room was nice and furnished with very high-quality furniture, however, the overall room design could be improved. There was also a minor issue with the ceiling-mounted rain shower, which was not working properly

Great hotel, very close to the sea and with its own restaurant. The garden is clean and well kept, with a nice big pool. Rooms are not very large but well equipped with a fridge, AC, table, and shelves

Extremely kind hosts! Clean rooms, swimming pool, good price, near to the pebbles beach and restaurants. Not far from Batumi, black Sandy Beach and National Park.

On the plus side: a spacy hotel with its own swimming pool, close to the see, delicious soup for lunch

Breakfasts were tasty, and kids especially loved the food. The only downside was some of the other guests. Many were extremely loud, sometimes staying up until 1–2 a. eating in the hallways or on balconies

Others come here to relax, not to listen to crying children or late-night dinners. Parents, kindly keep an eye on your kids and make sure they don’t disturb those around them

The room is spotless and cozy, and the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and polite 😍 The spa and thermal pool are fantastic! Breakfast is delicious

The only downside is that the hotel is 1 km from the ski park, but it’s absolutely worth it! I’ll definitely return to this hotel

There is an amazing outdoor jacuzzi pool (in winter it's just wow), dry sauna and hammam. There is a room with a PS4 and board games

I self isolated here for 2 weeks while traveling from New York City to Tbilisi before uniting with my loved ones for summer. Savaneti has a warm and welcoming stuff, clean rooms, variety of options with views, AC, etc

I enjoyed everything about my stay – the service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were excellent. The only downside was the torn and worn-out sun loungers, which I hope will be repaired soon

We had a misunderstanding one evening where they didn't know we were expecting dinner, but another hostess, Miranda, asked what we wanted (she was very patient with my limited Georgian) cooked us up an amazing spread of food within 20 minutes! On top of all this, the sea is a 2-minute walk away, and it's clean and calm enough to swim in (on most days), even with young children

I can't say enough about it! The decor is so pretty and classy that it's a pleasure to just walk in the room, and yet everything is pretty sturdy and kid-friendly

It isn't menu-style, you just request to have dinner or whatever meals you want, and they bring you an abundant and varied spread of tasty Georgian food! The main hostess, Pati, speaks good English and you can easily request a specific kind of food if you'd like

The rooms have balconies with a little table and chairs, and a drying rack, convenient for wet swimsuits and other clothes. We often left the balcony doors open in both bedrooms to let in the fresh sea air

Good choice for the appropriate price. Close to the beach, clean rooms, well-trained and friendly personnel, and super delicious meals.

Everything was in good working order and the beds were quite comfortable. Their restaurant serves absolutely delicious food

I Dont Get All The bad reviews for its price, its a really good hotel for a family vacation the food is amazing the rooms are too. they bring food really quickly and the service is great. its just the pool is too warm

The Khachapuri is not the best in the area but certainly is tasty as it is one of the Adjara staples. The grilled and stewed pork are good and perfectly colored. The fish is even better and perhaps the reason to come

This review is for the restaurant only. It certainly is a beautiful location almost at the Turkish border. Should you be here for any reason, in my opinion the restaurant is a very nice place to dine in the area

The red mullet is fresh, salty and perfectly fried, as long as the chef doesn’t mess up, you will enjoy it. I would not go out of my way to come here but you won’t regret if you are in the area and need a meal

It’s spacious and the food options ranges from Georgian dishes to European & Middle Eastern cuisines. Staff are friendly but it always takes a long time to get them to your table as it’s very busy

The most beautiful location in old Batumi city. The owner was very hospitable. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also next side of hotel, was Caffe ga. zapkhuli with delicious Georgian cuisine

The Hotel Alik is fantastic choice among 4* Hotels in Batumi, with the large Lobby, welcoming staff, fully renovated rooms. Location is excellent at the heart of Batumi

ArtVilla is in beautiful location, very easy to find. Rooms are very nicely aligned, beds are orthopedic, big and very comfortable to sleep in. Food is awesome and very delicious and full of varitys to choose from

House is filled with work of arts and it makes peaceable & quiet to relax and enjoy the snow also from inside. Someday I will return back to Georgia, Bakuriani and visit them again, wish all the best to them

, it is one of best place I have ever seen with his old history. Here you can tasty many different Georgian dishes such as like khinkali, khachapuru, Chikhirtma, Chaqapuli and etc ^_^

after sky and snow and sun we had a good meal and Chacha !!! it was grate to feel free and be like at you home. i think it is one of best place with his old history and atmosphere

The hotel located inside of a fancy restaurant which was not full during our visit, most probably because of the time we were visiting. You can walk to the touristic attractions from the hotel in a very short time

The receptionist speak English well. Around 1am(Delhi-Tbilisi flight), I called a lot of hotels in Tbilisi, but most of the hotels had no answer on the phone. And only this hotel accepted me with proper price

The hotel is small but gorgeous and homey. The Staff were all wonderful and the food was amazing. We were very happy with the service. And can't wait to make another reservation to stay in the near future.

We stayed at this hotel during New Year’s. The room was cozy and the heating was warm enough for me even though I am freezing all the time. You can find a parking spot was like around the hotel corner

Family owned businesses, but hospitality was warm and friendly, whole experience of making churchkhela and baking khachapuri was fun, great get away from city hassle , for families with kids highly recommended, this well furnished house in central location with huge pool, extremely clean every corner, great seating patio, and whole experience of our stay was 5 star

One thing that would make it even better is if they had a restaurant. Because the hotel is in an isolated area, it's hard to find food nearby, especially at night. If they had some food options, it would be perfect

We booked a 45 square meter room, but when we arrived we were only given a small room, and there was a sloping roof above the bed, so we couldn't straighten our waist and would hit our head if we were not careful

Friends, please take into account that high-class hotels do not have the right to allow strangers onto the hotel premises, especially during a pandemic. We would like to tell you about the situation that we witnessed

Naturally, our administration explained to the girls that there are public toilets nearby, 5 meters from the hotel, where they can change clothes. And our administrator has no right to skip them

Naturally, the hotel owners were against such a visit, what if these girls were sick with Covid? And then, the most interesting thing!!! At the sight of the owners, the girls ran out of the hotel and dropped their not-so-fresh underwear

reception is good and restaurant (breakfast is international and the food is testy) every thing here is the best sopiko,baia perfect chefs they are cooking very nice food and in reception also Lina , Tamara, Mariam, and Sopo are very honest and kind girls

The hotel is very clean and luxurious for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem with the breakfast was there weren't a lot of varieties and the breakfast was mostly the same everyday

The location was not bad but far from the city center and very noisy when you open the window because it is in one of the main highways of Tbilisi. S The Wi-Fi had a poor connection but I overcame it
