From 3 to 13 July I had a great rest in your hotel. If you remember the guest from number 10. Everything was perfect, homely, hospitable hosts. Great staff, always smiling and positive

Not often can you give a 5/5 to a place in georgia, but this one is a gem based on price/location/quality. Our stay was three days, which we really enjoyed

The pool is pretty small but nice and is right next to the sauna

It was my first time to visit Georgia and decided to stay in laerton hotel. Staff were amazing specially the two ladies in front desk. Very helpful and always ready to answer your questions with warm smile

The rooms are great, we came with a baby got a good brand new baby Cot as requested for free, Cleaning service every day. The food was good but not too many options

It’s a good hotel but make sure to request a full king bed not two separate beds beside each other

When we asked where the third person would sleep, the young man at the reception answered that they forgot to put the third bed. Sleep three of us on one, and tomorrow we will fix everything

The shower head is stuck to the wall and the flow is pretty strong, but as I said, it splashes out. So it's uncomfortable to wash your body. Besides that, it's a pretty nice hotel

She took payment for 2 days which is 500€ but we stayed one night only … they told me because I arrived at 8am. No restaurant, no swimming pool

The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. Toothbrush with toothpaste, hotel slippers, BIG size soap and towels

A great hotel with extremely helpful staff. I arrived many hours before check-in without booking a room. A hostess let me plug my laptop in a comfortable hall, use their wifi and suggested a cup of coffee

I have been there and I came to the hotel at around 8am there was receptionist who doesn’t speak English so I suffered to explain that I have booked a room from booking

One of the best hotel in Tbilisi, clean rooms, good personal, comfortable and cozy enviroment. I got pleasure there and had feeling, that I'm at my own home.

The location is good for transportation because there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel where you can take a bus to get to the city center every 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel rooms are comfortable and peaceful at nights

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They give you a lot of touristical information about where to go sightseeing and what to eat. The rooms are clean and peaceful. We had a very nice week there

It's a very nice place with central location. Easy to get around, there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel where you can take a bus every 10 to 15 minutes to the city center

Hotel staff are very friendly and they speak Turkish and Russian very well. The breakfast is not the best but still tasty

They also give you lots of information about the places to go sightseeing at the front desk

Calm and clean area but far from center

Water is more wormer than in Batumi. Nice and quite place

Quite unusual beach with black magnetic sand, supposedly having healing properties but infrastructure rather substandard. Still definitely worth to see.

That said, I wish we had had more than one night there - it's in a beautiful location, has a lovely pool / bar area, and I slept really well

I enjoyed everything about my stay – the service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were excellent. The only downside was the torn and worn-out sun loungers, which I hope will be repaired soon

A beautiful place with a hot outdoor pool, even in cold weather. The restaurant is delicious and quite varied. The breakfast is excellent, too.

I especially liked balcony, too big and stunning views. pool really needed better cleaning system

This Telavi hotel offers a pleasant environment with great service. The restaurant serves delicious meals. However, there were cleanliness issues in both the room and the pool, which need improvement.

Great hotel, located in the park near Botanical Garden. Fresh air and it’s not so hot here as in the city center. Beach with clear water is located a couple of minutes walk through the park

The view from balcony was out breathing, one the most beautiful sunset That I have ever witnessed. I gues the hotel still new, so the team are working hard to find success path

The hotel's location is very convenient, just ten minute walk from Green Cape beach and the botanical garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, very close to the sea and with its own restaurant. The garden is clean and well kept, with a nice big pool. Rooms are not very large but well equipped with a fridge, AC, table, and shelves

Extremely kind hosts! Clean rooms, swimming pool, good price, near to the pebbles beach and restaurants. Not far from Batumi, black Sandy Beach and National Park.

On the plus side: a spacy hotel with its own swimming pool, close to the see, delicious soup for lunch

Breakfasts were tasty, and kids especially loved the food. The only downside was some of the other guests. Many were extremely loud, sometimes staying up until 1–2 a. eating in the hallways or on balconies

Others come here to relax, not to listen to crying children or late-night dinners. Parents, kindly keep an eye on your kids and make sure they don’t disturb those around them

A charming library, roof top and main floor pools, a roof courtyard and an outside courtyard. The hotel kitchen is excellent and the service is pleasant with indoor or outdoor dining

Nice view and ambiance. Does not take cash when paying the bill at the lounge and one pays as you go. For a higher end place seems odd. They offer complimentary nice food on Friday eve when I visited. Good vibe.

Spring break really negatively affects the neighbourhood as masses of raucous party people disturb the calm and beauty of the boardwalk, the beach and the streets

The hotel is located on the Mtatsminda slope overlooking the city. The view from the city view rooms and restaurant is beautiful. But that's the only good part. It's location is far away from the old town and the metro

The room is spotless and cozy, and the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and polite 😍 The spa and thermal pool are fantastic! Breakfast is delicious

The only downside is that the hotel is 1 km from the ski park, but it’s absolutely worth it! I’ll definitely return to this hotel

I Dont Get All The bad reviews for its price, its a really good hotel for a family vacation the food is amazing the rooms are too. they bring food really quickly and the service is great. its just the pool is too warm

Review about the restaurant: We've had lunch at this restaurant several times, and we've always had a great experience! The menu has a wide variety of options, the service is impressively fast, and the staff are friendly and welcoming

The Khachapuri is not the best in the area but certainly is tasty as it is one of the Adjara staples. The grilled and stewed pork are good and perfectly colored. The fish is even better and perhaps the reason to come

This review is for the restaurant only. It certainly is a beautiful location almost at the Turkish border. Should you be here for any reason, in my opinion the restaurant is a very nice place to dine in the area

The red mullet is fresh, salty and perfectly fried, as long as the chef doesn’t mess up, you will enjoy it. I would not go out of my way to come here but you won’t regret if you are in the area and need a meal

It’s spacious and the food options ranges from Georgian dishes to European & Middle Eastern cuisines. Staff are friendly but it always takes a long time to get them to your table as it’s very busy

The most beautiful location in old Batumi city. The owner was very hospitable. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also next side of hotel, was Caffe ga. zapkhuli with delicious Georgian cuisine

The Hotel Alik is fantastic choice among 4* Hotels in Batumi, with the large Lobby, welcoming staff, fully renovated rooms. Location is excellent at the heart of Batumi

Also added breakfast option totally free of charge. Don't know how was here with previous owners, but currently it was one of the most positive stays. Also, underground parking is available

I had a wonderful stay at green tower hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the peaceful location and excellent amenities made up for it

Have been here with a large group of children, a very positive stay. The staff, especially in reception, is ultra friendly and helpful, keeping an eye on everything to be excellent

I spent New Year's with friends at this hotel. It was a beautiful place with very good staff and breakfast was excellent…

Everything was good, but there are two minuses: no hot water, and it was noisy, it was difficult to sleep peacefully!!!

Great service. The reception guy, Sandro , goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Big rooms, very clean. Only 1 elevator though.

I stayed at splinded 3 nights, which was so nice. Service is great, staffed are nice, so hospitable, and honest. A staff who’s name is Shota has helped me to know more about the city and the country, he was great

There are always several beds ready for sunbathing too. The rooms are clean, but nothing special. The only problem is the bathroom water outlet, which was a problem in our room and the water did not drain

Each room has a balcony with a view of the sea and the city beyond. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. If you want to relax, swim and sunbathe, I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is not located in the heart of the city From the hotel I think it is about 5km to reach the main city. The view of the black sea is just wow

There is a very clean and beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, which you can easily access from inside the hotel. There are always some clean towels in the courtyard of the hotel that you can use on the beach

I think there is a swimming pool area too other than that there is Gym, Bar counter, etc. The hotel staffs were also friendly. The hotel is good for a family stay

Family owned businesses, but hospitality was warm and friendly, whole experience of making churchkhela and baking khachapuri was fun, great get away from city hassle , for families with kids highly recommended, this well furnished house in central location with huge pool, extremely clean every corner, great seating patio, and whole experience of our stay was 5 star

One thing that would make it even better is if they had a restaurant. Because the hotel is in an isolated area, it's hard to find food nearby, especially at night. If they had some food options, it would be perfect

The hospitality of the hosts Dimitri and Lela is unmatched as they made us feel at home from the beginning, and despite the language barrier they made sure we were having the best possible stay
