It’s a rare combination of incredible facilities including a large pristine swimming pool, great food and wine, very comfortable snd reasonably priced rooms and beautiful nature

We were provided with everything we needed- from hats at the pool to games for the little kids. The staff are so extremely nice and welcoming and the wine is amazing

The hotel is a start of 2 international standard hiking trails totalling 18 km. You can walk or trail run and see stunning views of Kakheti plane and Alaverdi fortress-monastery. The food is varied, light and delicious

Babaneuris Marani is a beautiful place with amazing views on Alazani valley and vineyards. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The wine is very tasty and the food is delicious

This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed

The water in the pool was super cool, not comfortable for swimming, not toddler-friendly as well. Breakfast was ok, but the same for each morning, the taste of food 2 out of 5. They do not have beds for kids

The whole complex is amazing, the pool is huge and clean with hot jacuzzis on top of it, there are 2 saunas and changing rooms with showers, the restaurant is probably the best part, since it has great furniture and of course mouth-watering food

There is no actually pool in the hotel - it's a kind of dirty shallow puddle. Some of staff members are really friendly and helpful (Nika, Beka, Roman), but some are indifferent and insolent like Elena, the manager

The apartment's floor wasn't clean from sand and co. The towels don't get replaced during a longer stay (we've spent 5 days)

The placement of the hotel is perfect, just near the sea. The swimming pool is only suitable for the smallest kids

I would like to write a review about the restaurant. All products fresh, therefore delicious! Most of all we liked ajaruli khachapuri, salads, barbecue meat, desserts, GEORGIAN Bier and wine🤩

Special offer was desserts like Tiramisu also milkshakes and smoothies. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially for families with kids as there is a special children’s menu

that's our third time staying at this lovely family run peaceful hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, kids yard, parking, tasty restaurant and 2 min walk to the famous therapeutic magnetic black sand sea shore, we would definitely be coming back to this sunny place again

The air conditioning in the room did not work, there was no shampoo, no gel, no soap. There were no slippers either, I tried to walk around the room barefoot, dust stuck, so I had to walk in my flip-flops

I really love the Green slide because that's the extreme slide, it's the most fun slide. They even have a sauna and 2 different colored pools

The sea is clean, volcanic black sand. The rooms are clean, minimalistic. Our room had a balcony-terrace, there are sofas and a table

Very nice place - lake, mountains... Close to Tbilisi too. But food is below average, rooms are not heated well enough. With proper care could be turned into a Paradise

The lake near Ananuri, which is max 30 min further by car, is deeper and less crowded
