Only 1 elevator though.
The workers are very good and kindness.We have a family room in hotel that was bid and enough for 4 person.
The break fast was delicious too.
- Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up at the reception to check-in.
- Elevator is having issues slow/not functioning.
- Because of this some people drag their suitcases down the stairs themselves (because they have no luggage service) This suitcase dragging down the stairs at 07:45 in the morning you can hear well in the rooms.
- No lighting in the hallways, especially when you come from broad daylight outside and need to go to your room you can't see anything.
- Entered my room twice without knocking at 08:30 in the morning. While other guest where waiting behind them to come in or something to pick-up a kids t-shirt or something what fell on my balcony... After I checked there wasn't even a kids t-shirt?!
- They got somekind of minibar service, drank cold water and a sparkling water from minibar, minibar wasn't restocked for the next 4 days??
- AC also not really working properly.
- Shower is small and makes the whole bathroom floor wet.
- laundry service, is the worst, they tried to make me count all my laundry and write it down on a form. Why don't just accept my laundry bag and return it fully? As I did with another laundry service company in Tbilisi...
Cleaning gets done after 12:00, which is perfect. Cleaning is done properly. With new towels everyday.
