Betsy's Hotel in Tbilisi

I recently stayed at the Urban Lodge Rooms and Suites and, unfortunately, had a highly disappointing experience. The primary issue was the unbearable noise from the power generator situated right at the hotel's entrance. The constant, loud humming made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep, severely impacting the comfort and quality of our stay.

What compounded the problem was the lack of responsiveness from the hotel management. When we raised our concerns, hoping for a solution or even a room change, we were simply told that the hotel was experiencing electricity issues. This crucial information was not disclosed to us at the time of booking or check-in, which felt quite misleading.

The condition of having to sleep in a noisy environment without prior notice is unacceptable for any guest looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It's disheartening when a hotel does not take proactive measures to ensure the comfort of its guests, especially in dealing with issues as significant as this.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards a solution, not just for the sake of future guests, but to uphold the basic standards expected of a hospitality service. As of now, I am unable to recommend Urban Lodge Rooms and Suites due to my experience.

We choose the hotel for having a chill day with beautiful views and swimming pool in our 2 weeks Journey around the country. Did not expect luxury but a modest and decent accommodation. What we got was a room with the 'garden view' that is a bush and a trash laying Under our micro balloons, with no view. Also, our Air condiotioder got broken (some electricity Issues with melted socket) and even though we figured out how to temporarily Fix it, we asked the stuff to send an electritian who could look into this as there were no fire safety measures in the room - noone came. Also don't expect to have room comodities listed on Booking. In the morning the neighbor's dog was barking since 5 am and though we had a wake up at this time as the closed Windows did not help. Pool is just next to the road, hotel is dirty and old. Breakfast is decent.
