Regardless of what I read: Greetings from overall ( 2 days booking) staff on deck: 9/10 Food: 9/10 ( panoramic rest 4th floor a must try) Waitresses on duty: 9/10 ( impressed we were for young ages) Pool: neeed attention 5/10( cleanliness) Room: 9/10 Downfall and comments AC: matters: we were warned ahead but should be fixed! ( no complaints here!) Message to owners: To avoid some confusion ...

The next day we were in relaxed mood and we're informed that the room is supposed to be left asap. I didn't have time to take a shower. The next morning we were even asked to pay 20 Gel per person for using pool

The breakfast was the best part, along with the attentive staff and the pleasant atmosphere.

The size of the balcony is adequate for 2 people standing. The last working in the restaurant on 4th for is very helping in nature. The restaurant serves hot and fresh food. One of the only property with an elevator

The hotel had an elevator, but no one to help with the luggage. The rooms don't lock from inside. (Can't say about the whole hotel but mine wasn't locking) 5. For 200+ Gel, there are tons of better options around

The hotel territory is equipped with various recreation areas: barbecue area, swing, swimming pool, tennis table, billiards, table hockey, trampoline, playground, etc

10/10 Hotel! wow what a place! we didn‘t know the hotel before but upon arrival it became clear that we hit the jackpot. it feels like home and you‘re also treated like a family member

Everything was neat and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, bright, and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was great, fresh sheets and towels every day

Stayed here with a friend, and we honestly loved it. It felt really cozy and friendly, like we were truly welcome. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with lots of green space and little spots to sit and relax

we liked it so much, that we spontaneously decided to stay 3 more days (6 in total). the rooms are nice, tidy and even in hot summer nights you‘ll get a good night of sleep

The location is super convenient: it's an easy walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Still, the hotel itself is quiet, so it's easy to unwind

We had such a blast, we were a big group of 30+. Irekli (the owner) made sure we were set with everything, great breakfast, amazing ski equipment, karaoke, shuttles to the mountain at our convenience

Very nice staff, restaurant had lovely food, very good ski depot, shuttle service to first lift every day at beginning and end. Most important - comfortable beds!! Rooms are nice with great showers

Didn’t try the hot and cold pools or swimming pool, but the facilities are available. Will definitely make this our regular Gudauri stay

The room fully matched the photos: clean linens, a spotless bathroom, hot water at all times, and excellent heating, which made the stay very comfortable

A cozy and comfortable boutique hotel. Indoor pool was heated well, we coupd enjoy warm sauna after swimming. It was very calm atmosphere, beatiful garden and clean rooms

Some Facts: - The place I got was in the floor 46 ( The whole building is 47 Floors). # I liked the place in general, comfortable bed, good wi fi. Also, the location is very near to supermarkets and restaurant

in the 1st floor, there is a cork cafe in the 1st floor. Courtyard by marriott is 7 minutes walk. Piazza square is 20 -25 minutes by walk

Room is looking good, view is okay but it was so cold during new year. Air conditioning was not heating the room. There was a little bit of dirt on the bed. We had no hand soap, it came after we asked

I visited this hotel yesterday as a day guest to use the swimming pool, not as a hotel guest. I also visited the pool last year and had a good experience, so I was disappointed this time

Perhaps it was because I arrived quite late, but unfortunately something seemed wrong with the pool water. After washing my hair, it was left with a very strong musty, moldy smell that would not go away

I suspect it may have been related to the chemicals used to treat the pool water, as this has never happened to me before

We booked and read the reviews afterwards. We were therefore a but apprehensive, however we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was nice, enough to choose from. The pool was clean and not overcrowded

And lastly the room was clean and there was no weird smell whatsoever. Therefore I think this stay deserves 5 stars especially considering the location, pool and price

Good location, quite quiet, but close to the metro, the room is spacious, everything is there, the only minus is the lack of a window (but they warned about this), breakfast is simple, but everything is delicious

Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning all in working condition. You have all the necessary. Metro in walking distance as well as supermarket, exchange offices, pharmacy, etc..Optimal quality-price ratio.

Excellent hotel facilities though a bit old, courteous staff and extremely helpful. Right in the city and lots of eateries around just close to metro station.

My friend had come to Wald and the rooms were beautifully decorated manager is great and the restaurant had delicious food and the two guys who served us on Saturday were kind and understanding.

The grounds and pool area are very beautiful and great for children. The manager (Keti) and her dedicated team always make us very welcome and comfortable - the service is impeccable

Reviewing the restaurant only. Have been there several times. The food was good. We tried Georgian salad with walnuts, gazpacho, odzhakhuri, shashlik, and khachapuri. Prices are ok. Service was also good.

There was a refrigerator, electric kettle, tea/coffee, TV (which wasn't working very good). The furniture was ok, some pieces weren't new and some were even scratched

Hotel Sani was exactly as advertised! Quiet and a little up the hill. Perfectly located if you like to be out of the touristy business, but easy to get to and from. The room was bigger than expected

Stayed there yesterday, don’t expect like a crazy fancy hotel. It’s a former bath with an amazing swimming pool, a beautiful garden and a lot of lovely dogs! The building is impressive and the service was very good

Rooms are comfortable and the owner is very eager and enthusiastic to tell you more about the hotel, it’s history and may even be willing to give you some peeks in parts of the complex that are still in original(!) state

I have read some negative reviews here too. Do not go here if you think the buffet is some Turkish riviera all-in-resort. It’s not and it does not want to be. Don’t go if you want the most luxurious hotel on the planet

An alright hotel for a short stay. The heating was on full blast at the end of March, and the room was small. It's close to the city center.

There's a courtyard and a pool. We stayed in November, and the heating was on, which was a nice touch. A kettle, refrigerator, toothbrushes, and slippers were included. The only downside is the mattress

I have already chosen my choice of Hotel Elegance several times and still when I have to go to Batumi I will definitely and with pleasure visit Hotel Elegance. It is about a 5 minute walk from the beach

Good hotel but location hard to find

A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked
