We had such a blast, we were a big group of 30+. Irekli (the owner) made sure we were set with everything, great breakfast, amazing ski equipment, karaoke, shuttles to the mountain at our convenience
Very nice staff, restaurant had lovely food, very good ski depot, shuttle service to first lift every day at beginning and end. Most important - comfortable beds!! Rooms are nice with great showers

Didn’t try the hot and cold pools or swimming pool, but the facilities are available. Will definitely make this our regular Gudauri stay

We loved this cozy, quaint hotel. We arrived in the evening and had time to visit the pool and spa area. The breakfast was also quite good 👌 We want to come back.
It was a good hotel for the price. I suggest getting a bigger room than standard. Room access as outside which is not a problem until it snows. Not a lot of electrical outlets, only 1 in our room

- The place I got was in the floor 46 ( The whole building is 47 Floors). # I liked the place in general, comfortable bed, good wi fi. Also, the location is very near to supermarkets and restaurant

- Better communication from the owner, it's not that clear nor friendly. - The curtains don't prevent the day light completely
in the 1st floor, there is a cork cafe in the 1st floor. Courtyard by marriott is 7 minutes walk. Piazza square is 20 -25 minutes by walk
so, lights comes in to the room heavily

Room is looking good, view is okay but it was so cold during new year. Air conditioning was not heating the room. There was a little bit of dirt on the bed. We had no hand soap, it came after we asked
The swimming pool is a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. An excellent choice for those who value quality and comfort
The rooms are clean and hace everything a visitor wants. The main reason giving a 5 star is the hospitality of the uncle sitting at the reception
We stayed for a day at end of trip, I wish we stayed here since the beginning, the man at front reception (old uncle) was really good and helpful, never had such warm welcome and hospitality at any hotel, highly recommend for family friends or couples
A boutique hotel that is run by a really lovely couple, they are very courteous, friendly, hospitable and warm. This more of a family owned property that offers a number of rooms for guests to stay in
He is a very good guy and helps in everything possible from breakfast to any service we want. He also was keen to know our food choices according to which he provided us with that type of breakfast
City center is around 10-15 minutes drive so you need a car. Breakfast was prepared by the lovely host and it was absolutely delicious, it is like eating home made food in a georgian house
Beware of false advertising!!! This place doesn't have neither pool nor sauna. There was a pungent smell coming from the bathroom and you can ever smell in the whole room at night
Good stay next to the lake
Comfortable stay right next to the lake, with an inside pool and even a sauna. The room was fine, the beds were comfortable
Also you can enjoy the free entrance to their pool club which is 800 meters away
+ Clean, spacy rooms, friendly staff, good location.

Great place to stay! Staff is really friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room, wifi, air conditioner. Outside there is table tennis, comfortable places where you can chill, trampoline for children.

Good quiet location in the old town, not in the very crowdy area. Nice design inside, the rooftop pool is great, on the mountain side. The only bad point is the bad smell in the bathroom, morning time

Warm and welcoming at checkin. We got invited to free chacha tasting. The room was amazing. Loved the detail , such as rocking chair, power full body shower, balcony and beautiful floor inlays.

The location is good for transportation because there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel where you can take a bus to get to the city center every 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel rooms are comfortable and peaceful at nights

I thought it was a winery + hotel. The hotel facilities are very good. Fortunately, the hotel can prepare dinner for two people. It also provides two large glasses of dry red and semi-sweet wine for free tasting

Nice and friendly receptionist, clean comfortable and large rooms, a 24/7 supermarket next building,also a nice restaurant with delicious breakfast and cuisine in the 6th floor( Saffron)

the restaurant was good and waiter and waitress are skilled (sepehr), swimming pool not in order, house keeping was good, internet in room was weak! location was not bad dist to nearest mall around 6 min (5-8GEL), but my advice is using yandex app for taking a taxi

Nice view and ambiance. Does not take cash when paying the bill at the lounge and one pays as you go. For a higher end place seems odd. They offer complimentary nice food on Friday eve when I visited. Good vibe.
Spring break really negatively affects the neighbourhood as masses of raucous party people disturb the calm and beauty of the boardwalk, the beach and the streets

Seventeen Rooms is a very good boutique hotel located about a ten minutes walk from Telavi city centre. The room we had was excellent. Very large with a very large sit out. The hotel is very tastefully done up
Breakfast and dinner were served in a comfortable first floor restaurant and both meals were very good. Breakfast consisted of a small buffet of hot and cold items including fresh fruit and vegetables
The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service
Lighting was good in the room. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. An in room tea kettle was appreciated. The mattress was firm and not comfortable for me

There are always several beds ready for sunbathing too. The rooms are clean, but nothing special. The only problem is the bathroom water outlet, which was a problem in our room and the water did not drain
Each room has a balcony with a view of the sea and the city beyond. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. If you want to relax, swim and sunbathe, I definitely recommend this hotel

There is a very clean and beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, which you can easily access from inside the hotel. There are always some clean towels in the courtyard of the hotel that you can use on the beach
I think there is a swimming pool area too other than that there is Gym, Bar counter, etc. The hotel staffs were also friendly. The hotel is good for a family stay
