There is a swimming pool in the seventh floor with amazing view, there is a beutiful wine cellar in the hotel with very good wines to taste. We had a breakfast every day and it was very good with a very good service

This is such an amazing place to stay, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday. The views are breathtaking, and the pool and sauna are both clean and well-maintained

The view is amazing, everything else is subpar: - no mosquito nets on the windows, so in a minute there were like 10 of them, when we arrived - tasteless territory decoration - the room was cleaned, but there were still stains on the carpet; - breakfast without toaster or coffee machine and in general a low variety of options; - staff sleeping in the main lobby

Room is clean, pool is overgrouded, noisy locals, breakfast has gone down, limited choices, good reception service.

com i requested kettle they gave me very dirty n some wax in it very disgusted and other amenities they would have inform incase if its upon request however we don’t get any information

Stayed there yesterday, don’t expect like a crazy fancy hotel. It’s a former bath with an amazing swimming pool, a beautiful garden and a lot of lovely dogs! The building is impressive and the service was very good

Rooms are comfortable and the owner is very eager and enthusiastic to tell you more about the hotel, it’s history and may even be willing to give you some peeks in parts of the complex that are still in original(!) state

I have read some negative reviews here too. Do not go here if you think the buffet is some Turkish riviera all-in-resort. It’s not and it does not want to be. Don’t go if you want the most luxurious hotel on the planet

Huge recommendation to stay here, and this is why; if you come to Tskaltubo to see the former Soviet sanatoria, this hotel is a must stay, as it is the only place where the past is brought back to life in a great way

We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool

More over experiencing lack of towels we realized one of them was dirty which is of course totally unacceptable. The hotel is modern and nice however my experience was not good. I suppose that's because of high season

Second what was not good is that not all of us have been provided with linen, towels and slippers (only 2 of us or of 4). The issue hasn't unfortunately been resolved properly after pointing this out

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Decided to stay in apartments of Orbi on the weekends with family. Special thanks to the reception desk and all staff who supported us. Please be attentive on building choice as Spa center is only in the first one

Usually We told the restaurant staff if we needed anything. As for the room, it is good with its comfortable bed and a bathroom. But There is not enough furniture, a few chairs in the room or an armchair are preferable

In conclusion Everything was just great! Clean rooms, nice area around the hotel, magnificent views, lovely breakfast, polite and helpful staff. This hotel is a very good option if you really want to rest

The walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything that is being said in the next room. Also note that if you don't ask for your room to be cleaned, they won't clean it for you

We searched for something out of Batumi and found this lovely place! It was little bit harsch to get up but after we arrived, saw the open restaurant, saw the pool with the view on the sea…incredible!

Large territory, parking, good breakfast, free tasting and excursion, Mukuzani wine is super and the pink champagne is a masterpiece, there is a restaurant, but the food was very poor, the shashlik was tough but they gave us a bottle of wine for it, thank you 😀 the cooks need to be better and everything will be super! The center is gorgeous, the Saperavi bath really amazed me, great masseuses, scrub...

The property has a spa and outdoor swimming pool and has enormous potential with a bit of upgrading. The setting is magnificent and staff were friendly and we would certainly use it again

We had a two night stay and were upgraded to a family room (Room 1) which had two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Rooms are simply furnished but functional, perhaps a bit outdated and dark and could do with a room safe

Package included a wine tasting and visit to the winery both of which were well conducted and we were able to try some additional wines at dinner for minimal cost

Our room had a separate sitting room as well. The shower rooms are adequate but with old fashioned shower heads and could do with upgrading

Some of the staff are friendly and others look angry all the time. Some things I liked: They have beach towels for you and the pool is clean

It has huge rooms definitely fit for more than the people assigned to it. A balcony with a view of the Black sea. And if you don't want to go to the sea there is a big pool downstairs

The best hotel in the village of Kvariati in Georgia. The water on the beach is very clean, which cannot be said about Batumi !! The hotel has its own restaurant by the sea

They have 2 swimming pools one is free and other is paid. Nice restaurant with good breakfast. But they don’t provide Halal meat. Still they have some opportunities to improve: -Lockable balcony doors

I was surprised by the outdoor pool. Our room had access to a gorgeous terrace where nectarines grew))) Very tasty fruits))). The refrigerator didn't really work

Visited this place just for its swimming pool. The one on the terrace is quite good - not noisy, convenient for sunbathing and the staff is friendly

The business owners paid their all attention to the swimming pool areas and disregarded the basic room amenities, room furniture is way too old, room AC can barely keep it cold, breakfast doesn't meet up with the given criteria and the list is long

No view from the hotel, from the pool in general you can see a bunch of construction waste and a swamp. Opposite the entrance to the parking lot, a dog lived with its puppies

It’s a good hotel but make sure to request a full king bed not two separate beds beside each other

When we asked where the third person would sleep, the young man at the reception answered that they forgot to put the third bed. Sleep three of us on one, and tomorrow we will fix everything

The shower head is stuck to the wall and the flow is pretty strong, but as I said, it splashes out. So it's uncomfortable to wash your body. Besides that, it's a pretty nice hotel

Prices are a bit steep for the experience. Long wait times and occasional spicy surprises in salads. Orders can get lost in the shuffle. The pool's vibe is inconsistent, with outdated tunes and questionable water quality

Room was super clean, towels snow white, food delicious, amenities are very clean, there is a pool, hot tub, water slide for kids, kids park with slides and swings

The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire staff are simply wonderful people. I never wanted to leave the beach or get out of the sea. Be sure to visit the Dendropark, it’s a real gem
