My four wonderful nights stay at Hotel Traveler in Kutaisi, Georgia is an awesome experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Special mention to Mr. Lasha and to all of his team. The location couldn't have been better. The perfect view and the sound of the rushing flowing water opposite of the hotel is a sweet lullaby. You can request for hotel items that you need and it will be provided. Just ask in the reception or you can also send them a whatsapp message. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Kutaisi! Thank you Hotel Traveler.

Our friendly driver collected us from the Kutaisi airport which we arranged in advance with the hotel. We had a large room on the top floor of the hotel with a massive balcony overlooking Kutaisi and the beautiful Rioni River, and large bathroom with clean towels. We rented a car to explore, but the hotel offers many affordable day trips and even assisted us in planning our daily excursions.
We used the Google Translate app to communicate with the friendly and generous Georgians.
We did not opt for breakfast, and waking up to the smell of freshly baked breads wafting through our window spurred us on to explore fascinating Kutaisi old town, buying Georgian eats and drinks from many local vendors, and relaxing in the Kutaisi Park, which is walking distance from the hotel. Buying a SIM card and ATMs are also in walking distance (300m).
The Green Bazaar is a must-visit for a great variety of food, wine, fresh produce, cheese and other locally produced goods and is fantastic value for money. Bagrati Cathedral is walking distance from the hotel and just up the hill. Martvili Canyon, Okatse Canyon, Prometheus Caves, and the Gelati Monastery are must-see places.

The location is perfect, situated in a peaceful area but walkable in the central part of Kutaisi. The view from the balcony is very aesthetic. Their check in time, airport pick up and drop-off are flexible. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel in the center of Kutaisi. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean and big rooms with wifi, towels, soap, slippers, balcony etc. The hotel is recently renewed and prices are very affordable. They offers also transfer from airport. Breakfast is not included, but staff was so kind to offer us something. Worth all the price!

Ishana Shota and Bakuri are so nice courteous and caring. Location is best. Very nice breakfast. Highly recommended. The only downside is that there is no lift in hotel.
