Overall good price-value ratio. Well located close to the city center while in a calm street. The triple-bed room was ok for the price but could have been cleaner, also a central AC or heating system was making humming noises during the night but was still bearable. Communication with the host was fast and easy going, friendly person who made available her parking space for our car. Breakfast was too basic for us, but as it is only optional we then decided to not take it anymore.

Everything went great) good location. 10 minutes to the old town on foot. But back up the hill😁
The room was clean.

The breakfast was delicious and hearty) the syrniki were awesome 🥰

Thank you!

A decent option for your budget👍🏼

Everything is great, a wonderful hotel. Slippers, robes. Clean, modern fresh furniture. It turns out that breakfast was included. But no one told us about it. It was disappointing.

Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, breakfast is very good.
Service: The clerk is beautiful, warm and thoughtful.
Facilities: complete, easy to use, and the bed is very comfortable.

Small but exquisite hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and asked the proprietress if she had any recommendations for a restaurant outside for dinner. The proprietress enthusiastically recommended the restaurant. It's very close to the hotel. I walked there for a few minutes. It's really a very creative restaurant. If I go there late, there will be no seats. This hotel only opened in May 2024. It is very new and clean. There are not many rooms and the breakfast quality is also very good. The location is near the central fountain. Street parking is also convenient.

Absolutely new hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable. One of the best I have stayed in, especially for such a low price. Initially we stayed in another hotel for a slightly lower price, but it was terrible, so we changed the hotel to this one and it was the best decision. The breakfast is ordinary, nothing special. The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to the center.

The room was quite disappointing: it was VERY cold in the morning without any working heating as the balcony door was broken, the shower was flooding the whole bathroom which wasn’t clean enough itself, the hair dryer was partially molten. The staff members were very pleasant and the price wasn’t too high.

Overall clean room but it lacks of night lamp or some curtain to the shower and storage for clothes. Perfect localization close to the center of the city.

Great location, very clean, quite, cozy place. Bright rooms. Service is also satisfying. Unfortunately I have no pics of this place, but anyways, great experience staying there. I will definitely book City Hotel next time I’m in Kutaisi.
