We had a truly memorable family stay in Kazbegi. Arriving at night, the entrance to the property initially felt a bit intimidating, but the warm and attentive caretakers quickly made us feel at ease. The hospitality was exceptional, and the facilities were perfectly suited for a family with young children, including our 8-year-old and 1-year-old.

The views were absolutely breathtaking—snow-capped peaks all around, creating a magical atmosphere that we all enjoyed, especially from the cozy common areas. The property strikes a perfect balance between comfort and affordability, making it a top choice for families visiting Kazbegi.

The owners, David, his sister and mother treated us like family, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the peaceful trail behind the property—a must for anyone visiting, even with little ones in tow. It was a gentle, scenic walk that offered some of the most stunning views of the icy mountains.

We often find ourselves thinking back to those beautiful days and are already looking forward to returning. This is easily one of the best places to stay in Kazbegi for a relaxing and family-friendly experience.

The room is clean and has small kitchen, owner is kind and let us check in early, but the floor is making a lot of noise and there is no soundproof as we can hear next door
The view is also superb, just need to walk for short distance from parking and city centre

A great place, the rooms are really nice and the ciew is incredible, the family who owns the place are really friendly. The location is quite far from kazbegi so we had to drive 14 minutes to get there.
