This is the best hotel (guesthouse) I have ever stayed, I have not enjoyed my stay anywhere than here. Host is super nice, helpful and welcoming. Rooms and whole area are super super clean, and everything is well-taken care of, the yeard is little miracle, very beautiful, views superb and area itself is quiet. It is noticeable that guesthouse owner has put a lot of effort to make this place great, memorable and I wish them all the best! Highly recommended to stay in Kazbegi!

Very clean place, the lady owner is super nice and helpful. You can cook , she has a laundry. The place is super clean and the view is amazing.

This is the coziest place, where I can spend my vacation or day off.
Guest house owners are nice and friendly people. You’ll love all the moments, which you spend there. Also, all the locations are close and you can easily walk from here to any direction.

The best accomodation we've stayed in since arriving in Georgia a week ago. Super clean, comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking Mt Kazbek. Beautifully finished decor & ensuite rooms - amazing value for money.
The host was friendly, inviting and accomodating. We highly recommend this place!

5-10 minutes from the town center, even though Gergeti church isn't visible from here, mountains behind makes nice view from the window, overall there are 5 rooms, but can accommodate to 3-4 people each, nice place to stay overnight, the family is hospitable.

drying fan is available in the bathroom, the heating is on till late may.

We loved staying at Ia’s guest house! They made us dinner and breakfast without us even asking. Very cozy rooms and super clean. They were helpful and very friendly.

Great place! Had an amazing view and very clean rooms. Walking distance to some cafes. The host was really nice and she made us breakfast for an extra 60 lari (for our party of 4). Definitely recommend it!
