Beautiful house, rooms, views. Very clean. Modern. Hot water on demand. Great location too. Walk 5 min to rooms hotel for amazing dinner and balcony.

Very nice clean and big family house with superb views. We had breakfast on the balcony with a magnificent view of Kazbeg snow topped mountain with St George church in the forefront. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Excellent value for money in a very special area.

Very nice people. We had a big and clean room with an amazing view. The only downside, there are no dark curtains. I woke up with the sun. But would stay here again.
