Great place to stay, nice host, highly recommend

Maximum 20 min. on foot to the park. Polite hosts. Very clean rooms. From the second floor there is a beautiful view of the mountains. 5 min walk to the center, where you can find everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, bank branches and other amenities. I advise!

Excellent ,clean and comfortable rooms,10- 15 minuts from Borjomi park by foot which gave us good apportunity to have wanderful morning walk every day , 5 minuts from Gogia Fortress.Markets ,banks and all necessary things around max in 5 minuts from guesthouse.Hightly recommend.

Neat hostel, for the price you pay not bad, has a kettle and dishes, and heater (no air conditioning). Very close to restaurants, a super market and the bus station is down the street.

Not a very comfortable and clean place. Of the advantages of its low price and the view from the room. The hosts are ok, but I wish the apartments were better prepared for living. When the weather was bad and cold outside, it was also cold and uncomfortable in the room. Sometimes there were interruptions in the hot water in the shower. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the welcome in the lobby was friendly. The girl at reception was warm and attentive, making us feel noticed. The breakfast was delicious, and the green surroundings were peaceful. We will definitely visit again ❤️

It's a perfect little hotel for a getaway. I was with my friends and had a great time. There's a big yard where you can chill with your friends, the rooms are also nice. The most importantly the hosts are so kind and welcoming, we felt like at home. I highly recommend it.

Grimi welcomed us warmly with homemade wine and chacha, which made the stay even more special. Great location, just a short uphill walk but nothing difficult. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect – the A/C worked flawlessly. Worth every penny, highly recommend!

Lovely place, clean, comfortable and a very friendly gentleman, Grimi, owns and operates the place. He was kind enough to offer me and my friend welcome drinks including his own handmade chacha and wine. You can’t go wrong with this place if you’re staying in Borjomi. There’s no reception so you’re going to have to find him.

Generous and kind host Grimi with his wife, provided us with all sorts of vine of course. Very nice view above the city. You can find them in Booking and call them via whatsapp, not sure if I can share their phone publicly

We ended up staying here on two separate occasions during our stay in Georgia- it was fantastic. Super comfortable room, great bathroom, and so nice to have a small kitchen. Beka was a wonderful host and helped to answer questions and make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and generous family. Room was cozy, clean and it felt like staying in own house. My initial 2 nights stay turned into 7 nights. Laundry and kitchen for light cooking are provided. Borjomi is such a wonderful place to chill and relax and this guesthouse is definately a bonus. Highly recommended.

Cosy accommodation close to the center with separate entrance. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. They also make their own chacha and wine which you can buy - really good!

Wonderful hosts, very central, 2 beds, small living area with foldable sofa and kitchen unit and privatebathroom. Even a washing machine. Even though busy and central it was quite in the night and you could listen to the noise of the river across the street. Collect your Borjomi spring water only a few 100m from here. - We plan to come back.

Its was a lovely guest house, in the best a main street of Borjomi 2 min walking distance to borjomi park beside the beautiful flowing river. The owner was nice and humble and the price is fair enough. The owner is very humble loved it. But the guest house has one toilet for eight so you have to adjust.

Absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities.

Large apartment equipped with every comfort. Very close to the center of Borjomi. The stairs are narrow for those with large suitcases, the plumbing is a bit subpar, and there are a few details that could be improved, but overall, an excellent value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in a great location next to the bus station. The hotel itself is beautiful and feels like a little oasis. The staff are some of the friendliest in Georgia - Ana really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and the room was well equipped and bed very comfy. We booked this hotel in last minute and it was perfect for us. The room was spacious (bathroom as well). The hotel is also ideally located, a nice cafe / restaurant is just near the hotel (My House restaurant), and central park is really close.

Very good location, super friendly host and personnel. Only one issue - it's not a hotel, it's a hostel. Clean and tidy, probably worth its money. Though when you're not expecting that the bathroom is shared, the only window of the room goes to the shared kitchen (not street), you don't have towels, you don't have breakfast (becase the cooking lady didn't come today) - you feel a bit of disapointment

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.
