The One Terrace Hotel in Tbilisi

my personal experience: I don't get the negative reviews here. Reception staff was super friendly, the room was newly renovated. Especially the beds are super comfy. Location is nice, very quiet area & just a 20 minute walk to city centre. Value for money is also great. Breakfast has also decent options.

Staying at The One Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi was pure joy!

From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me less like a guest and more like family: warm smiles, genuine care, and attention to every little detail.

The location is perfect for exploring, yet the hotel itself feels like a hidden gem where you can completely relax. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so heartfelt and effortless, so this hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. I cannot wait to come back!!!!!✌️😇

Hello, me and my family often stay at this hotel, when we visit beautiful Tbilisi!! First of all the staff is the most kindest we have ever experienced, because we love to travel all around the world, but their georgian hospitality is completely unmatched to anything previous. Any questions or requests we had, they gladly helped us to organize, they gave us lots of recommendations and directions where to go and etc, very helpful if you’re here for the first time!! The rooms are clean, neat and very nice, everything is there, beds are soft and the room is overall very light!! It’s always nice when a room is not dark. The neighborhood is amazing, the location of the hotel is in the old part of Tbilisi as they said it’s a heart of Tbilisi, it’s near to lots of attractions, parks, restaurants and many national sights. The hotel itself is not on the street, so during the nights it’s very quiet there, perfect if you have little children that need sleep. In general, it’s always the most pleasant time when we stay in this hotel! Will be recommending to others and will be visiting more.

It's a budget hotel with breakfast arrangement. You find the rooms toilets are big and warm. You will enjoy your stay if you are not exactly looking for an upscale place. It's a casual place for the medium budget tourists. Not complicated and a calm place. Reasonable breakfast and the other amenities. I enjoyed my stay here for three nights.

I recommend! Friendly and hospitable people, very tasty, varied, and "cooked with soul" breakfast, spacious, bright, clean room, quiet location and within walking distance of everything you need. Reasonable price for comfort and service. I liked it very much! We rested together, we were satisfied. Glad we found this place. We wanted an early (8-00) breakfast and a clean comfortable room - we got more than expected. Many thanks to the manager and all the staff! They created an atmosphere where it is pleasant to come and recommend to friends.

Its a really amazing place to stay in. The staff was so nice and welcoming. our room was very cozy and comfortable, had all the facilities and amenities that we needed. The breakfast was great and very tasty. My overall experience here was exceptional. I am definitely going back here when I go visit Tbilisi.
