Hotel ZP Palace in Tbilisi

The room was nice, facing the street but with good soundproofing, not noisy. There was a parking lot with easy access, a rich breakfast, and outdoor balcony seating with a beautiful view overlooking Tbilisi. However, it was located in the downtown area, so there was a bit of traffic jam when entering and leaving.

The location is excellent. Centrally located but quiet. Everything you need is provided (shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc., including robes and slippers, as well as a special mat for getting out of the shower). The staff is very friendly, and all amenities are within walking distance. Room cleaning and replenishment are excellent. The idea of ​​providing a special pillow with space for a laptop is absolutely brilliant (I've never seen this before, and I loved it). They also thought about the possibility of someone arriving without a 220V adapter, so one is included, as well as a USB charger. Overall, I've never seen such a good price-quality ratio (I rarely give full marks, but I'll make an exception here).
And now, my suggestions (so they can be even better). I'd really like to see breakfast information not only in small print on the hotel envelope and in large print in the elevator, but also on the information sheet next to the telephone. I'd also like to see the restaurant's location, hours, and menu there (there's a phone number). Also, if you have a balcony, why not put a plastic chair there? (It's inexpensive, but very convenient. You can leave the chair in the room—the guest will know what it's for.)

There's parking available, and the metro is about 10 minutes away. Room 409 is very noisy from the street, with cars driving around at night with their mufflers blaring. The room periodically smelled of cigarettes, either from the street (our room was on the 4th floor) or from the ventilation. There's an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The electrical wiring from the card reader in the room didn't work several times, but the reception staff quickly turned the circuit breakers on and off, and it started working again. There's a small pool nearby, plenty for children, and the staff cleaned it up. The staff is customer-oriented. Breakfast is quite varied; no meat except sausages, plenty of salads.

The hotel was cleaner than it looked in the photos, and the rooms were cleaned every day.

There were many supermarkets and convenience stores around the hotel, so I had no trouble shopping.

You shouldn't expect too much from the breakfast, but I enjoyed it quite a bit.

The gym in the basement was equipped with bench presses, EZ bars, and Smith machines, and I felt it was better than the paid gyms in Japan.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
