Tribeca Hotel in Tbilisi

I had a very disappointing experience at Tbilisi Tribeca. Every single morning, someone opened our door without knocking, waking us up, and just said, “Oh, sorry, sorry.” This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The breakfast was terrible—everything was cold if you arrived a bit later, and there was no way to heat the food. The rooms were dark with no natural sunlight, making the stay feel gloomy.

I asked for the room to be cleaned, and all they did was collect a few items—they didn’t even bother to change the bed linens.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible experience! I booked for 12 days but was denied entry to the country and couldn't stay at the hotel. Despite providing all necessary proof, they refused to refund my booking. Zero empathy and terrible customer service. Avoid this hotel!

1.There were no free parking space lot, it was very difficult to find a free parking near hotel, I parked my car in 1 km from my hotel in a first day. 2. Cleaning service was horrible, I asked few time to clean my room, but unfortunately it was not. We had a problem with bathroom, at the end I asked to change my room, and they gaves me a better room. 3. The bar in the room , was empty. I guess any hotel with 3+ star has to be this kind of benefits even payable. 4. Very loud neighbours, there was very bad soundproof, walls were thin. Even windows arent close. And we heared the outside car noise. I guess this was enough for 3 star. But overall I liked the friendly staff.

Room was never cleaned while we stayed.
We had a Big hole in the window in the room. And it was wind coming thru it. Stuff didn't want to change the room . And wanted to save a better room for better people. Stuff during night time is unsupportive.

This is the third time I book in Tribeca hotel and it is the last time for sure! First of all it is winter and it is 4 and 2 degrees outside but there was no hot water in the bathroom to take a shower after a long day out! I tried to call the reception they said wait until morning then they send a random guy (not maintenance) just to run the water for a minute and he said the water is OK now he didn't do a thing! The water after a few minutes became room temperature that's all! And the drainage of the shower wasn't draining properly it took too long.. the other room we booked the first we walk in the bathroom was leaking with a wet towel on the floor and also no hot water!! They were not cooperative and it wasn't a pleasant stay at all!! After all that the last day in the early morning we were getting ready to leave to cache our train we woke up to a bathroom with NO WATER AT ALL this time we had to use drinking bottles of water and that was the worst..
