The hotel is considered a good deal for passengers. However, it's far away from the services such as shops, pharmacies and restaurants. There is a beehive under my balcony so I can't open the door or sit there. It's Ok because there is no an amazing view to really enjoy. There isn't a variety of breakfast, even I asked for an omelette but they answered that they don't offer.

We liked the hotel! The location is good! The administration is just super! Very nice, kind women!
One of the big pluses is late check-out, until 15:00. We were a little late and even a little late, they didn't even tell us anything.
The shower gel smelled incredibly delicious in the shower 🫶🏻
One of the minuses is that the breakfasts are pretty simple and there is practically nothing closer to 11.
But overall everything is good 🙏🏻

Very poor service.
1. When we went out and come back at night, room was not cleaned and Manager telling so many gest check out only one person to do all cleaning. There for not done.
2. Unable to get the three pin plug and not facilitate
3. Wash room was not clean. And bidet shower not lenghtier much
4. We left 8am due to early flight, Hotel unable to arrange the breakfast
5.Receptioniest doesn't know about customer service and very rood
6. Breakfast only pasta and bread. 3 days same breakfast
7. Water was not moving in wash room and toilet water was not moving

The room is cold, like you are sleeping outside!!!!! The heater does not heat normal, additional heater is not being provided. Only couple of blankets, but that does not help much. Very poor choice late at night....

The worst experience ever in my life. I never wrote any bad reviews before but this I need to share. The room is absolutely dirty and smell on cigarettes. Bathroom smells like disaster. Very very very cold inside without any heaters. Towels most probably are from Soviet Union times. Absolutely dirty and very very old. Bed mattress separated and I slept first night in between if I can call it “sleep”. You can hear all cars from outside even though we changed the room sounds still there. No breakfast, no coffee, only tea bags the cheapest the they can find. Very far from the city. No supermarkets or any restaurants in walking distance. THE WORST PART THEY DONT HAVE BLANKETS!!! I got cold immediately. They didn’t return money and we run away from this bad place and booked another hotel. Guests Soviet drunk and was shouting all night long with no actions from staff taken. So if possible avoid this place.travel agent booked it for us and we are just sooo disappointed and angry.

Everything is fine, we booked for the second time. The staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfast menu is very varied. I recommend it to everyone 👍

Hotel Building is average and location of the Hotel is really Bad. Rooms are nice but got 2 single bed and mattress attached together for a couple which was uncomfortable. Towels in the bathroom was too old and torn.
Brrakfast is not up to the mark. No restaurant and room service in the hotel. No any other restaurants or supermarket near by the Hotel which is worst. So if you are new at that place it could be bit inconvinent to stay there.
Only plus point is staff is supportive and good.

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff but if you are going with a big group, the food is not enough for 50 people at breakfast or dinner.
