An excellent choice, Hotel is top clean and staff very friendly. In Georgia normally staff are not that friendly but in this hotel is different. They are very helpful and they try to full fill all your requests. Breakfast buffet is very acceptable I recommend book your stay with breakfast. Room service menu is also good and there a choice for every one. The hotel is far from city center noise but still close to every where 5 minutes taxi drive to center and shopping mall Galleria. In case you wish go little further to Tbilisi mall or east point is about 15-20 minutes drive depending on traffic. And is almost same distance to the airport. If you looking to good service and well maintained hotel don’t hesitate it’s definitely your choice. Thanks to the staff and management team for making this holiday a nice one.

Service minimal but ok.not well situated..on a busy very noisy road surrounded by dilapidated unkept low level businesses. Not within walking distance to anywhere of "importance"the price paid does not warrant it so I suggest other hotels closer to the main parts of the city .Also the proximity to the "river" is not attractive

No matter what, you would never expect that the water would suddenly stop when you are taking a shower. The Ctrip housekeeper wanted to find out what happened, but found that the phone number published by the platform could not be reached at all. The five-star hotel was the top 9 recommended by Ctrip.

What I liked most was the breakfast, especially Chef Zakaria, he is professional and his food is delicious and well-mannered. The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were excellent and cooperative. The swimming pool is not good.

Terrible hotel in Georgia staff alway not support anything, youbwill get only one bottle of water just only the first day that you stay, even though you will stay at this hotel for 3 night, heater not working.

Worst hotel ever, arrogant staff both reception and resto! Ask for hair dryer 30 mins pass with 2 follow up. Call to reception, they pick up and hang up! And they gave 2 bottles of water only 1st night...horrific hotel ever. Heater not working properly. Poor service and accom.!

My husband and I were Dolabauri hotel for 4days . I think it was very bad hotel and so far from downtown.. it had some problem with air conditioning and heating. Reception gave us heater. I think this hotel is look like hostel and I don’t feel this place as hotel . There aren’t hot water for bath at morning. I Will never recommend this hotel to anyone!
