Very loud & dirty. Insects were eating my food. + They were lying to me. I don’t like when they promise me something and then don’t do that…..

Nice and cosy hotel. We stayed for two nights in deluxe double room with balcony. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, free parking available. The location of the hotel is very good, 5-7 minutes to the center, also there is bus station near.

Be extremely careful before you select this hotel in Tbilisi ########
The hotel don’t have an elevator for a 5 store building 😏. You will have to carry all your lagage your own as they don’t provide any help. I don’t know how these hotel is classified as 4 star ???
The hotel room is still ok and staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful.
You will have to be extremely careful during checkout since they will come up with simple things / odd findings in the room to make you pay big amount just before your flight. I think the hotel owner is making money by stealing people like this since I can see similar reviews below.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the lady owner came with extra bill just before our checkout with some simple odd reasons.
I would recommend not to select this hotel as there is plenty of good hotels available in Tbilisi town.

The hotel has convenient parking and is a few minutes' walk from the Tbilisi Underground Printing Office. The room is next to the road and railway, so it is noisy at night.

On arrival, the room was not prepared, no towels, no toilet paper, no warm water, the curtain was half down!!! COULD change rooms (5:00 a.m.) Room cleaning was carried out upon request. Friendly and helpful staff.

I wish that I had the name of the guy on reception. He was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, informative and kind. Probably the hotel's greatest asset. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was healthy and nutritious.
The only negative was the distance from Tbilisi itself. It was necessary to get a taxi although the receptionist was more than happy to organise this for us

The hotel building is nice but the rooms were not clean. There was a spider web in the corner of my room and the beds were not washed. It didn’t smell clean, there were yellow spots and crumbs in it, and I found little dark brown bugs in bed and in random places of the room. Seems like an infestation. The staff was very sweet at first but then the woman with the short white hair started being rude and scolded me about losing my key as I was returning to my hotel room (which I did not lose and had no intent to) and demanded I tell her my room number as I was going upstairs. After that incident, I always got glares from her as I walked by. Felt very judged. The breakfast was not as good as advertised too. Overall I would not stay here again. The staff is too childish and unprofessional, and the unwashed sheets are unpleasant.

simple hotel but the staff are very accommodating even though she don't know how to speak English but she will try to find ways to communicate you as well kind and always smile
