We stayed here for one night while returning to Batumi, and honestly, this place has such a vintage, antique charm - feels like stepping into another era. The highlight? The jacuzzi! Yes yes, jacuzzi! Totally worth it — 10/10 for that cozy setup and the beautiful view from the room.

That said, the room itself is a bit small, not very spacious, but it makes up for it with its aesthetic and vibe. Room service isn’t much to talk about they just hand over the keys and explain the amenities, no active service after that. Also, there’s no cafeteria or food service, so plan your meals accordingly.

Overall, it’s a lovely stay for a short vintage-style experience, especially if you’re here for relaxation and that fabulous jacuzzi! 💫

The rooms were clean. There are different themed rooms, the jakuzi is on the industrial themed room btw. The rooms are also wide which is good. The location is not perfect but very good. The host is friendly, definitely recommend to people looking for cheap prices to stay

I liked the decor and style even though the space is kinda small but its nice, the old lady in the entrance desk REFUSED to give us the Ac remote. And we couldn’t turn it on without the remote, the weather was too hot for a level that we cant even sleep.

There were excellent service. We came to the hotel at early morning hours (like 8:00) after very long flight and personnel easily let us move in to the room even though its normal check-in happens at 14:00.

The room was clean and beautiful. Canopy on the bed and curtains made it like I am in the some kind of a castle :)

There was an electric kettle, a small fridge.

The bathroom was visually awesome with just some minor issues described below.

Also you can watch Netflix (if you have account) or YouTube from TV in the room.

If you have a huge baggage it maybe hard for you to move it to the hotel and its room because of the quite thin ladders.

Very nice and cozy hotel, with interesting design of the rooms and lobby. In the terrace you can drink tasty coffee and look at the collection of random old and very old items. Hotel location is in the old Tbilisi area, 5-7 minutes to the square with the sulfuric bathes. As I said before all rooms have different designs and sizes, chose and read the descriptions carefully. Staff are nice and helpful.

Not good. Tiny, microscopic room. No water, no kettle. The air conditioner works at about 10%, if that. On a hot day, the room is an oven. Huge TV that nobody knows how to work. I wanted to watch the Wimbledon finals, half an hour before it started, I asked the manager to show me how the TV works. Two hours later, after she'd called various people and finally some guy came and stood around staring and pushing buttons, they got it to work (third set is over). But they claimed the match wasn't on Georgian television (not true). I finally caught a taxi to a bar to watch the last set.

Grumpy, unhappy people working there. No coffee, no drinking water, nothing nearby (no cafes or restaurants). Forget this place.

On the positive side, the shower and bath were nice, the sheets and towels are clean, and the bed was comfortable enough.

This is a hidden gem in the streets of old Tbilisi. The the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff exceeded all our expectations.
I really enjoyed the design of our room too, it brings together Georgian design with Iranian and Anatolian ancestry.

Small and cozy hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good. It’s just a few blocks from the city’s main sights.
