Best place ever! They help you with everything, whatever you need. I really dont understand any of the bad reviews here, you can trust them 100%. Speaking english and russia. Awesome location, 5-10 min walk where ever you want to go in tblisi center. Truly amazing views from the terrace. Every room comes with cozy terrace, view of lush courtyard or view of the city. Daily cleaning service. Breakfast on request. Laundry service on request. 24/7 desk. Old charming building, no elevator. Free weak wifi.

Scam. Sent me the message that they're not sure if they can find me a room when i get there. I obviously booked another hotel after that. When i didn't show up they charged me the full price. When i called them a very nasty woman said "you should've cancelled your booking yourself".

Definitely avoid. I came to the hotel and waited for 45 mins at the reception. I called several times and sent them a message. No response. I left and asked for a at least partial refund. They declined and asked me where am I ? :) never before in my life I have seen that a hotel has vacant reception for so long and are unavailable

Nothing to complain about, the room was large and clean. The garden had a swing and fountains, the bathroom had a shower, and it was centrally located. It was perfect for me, only €50 for two nights. The property is a bit older but very well-maintained, everything was perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. First, the Wi-Fi was incredibly weak and only worked properly outside of my room, which made it very inconvenient. This was especially frustrating since I needed reliable internet for work.
The staff didn’t make things any better—they weren’t helpful at all and seemed to struggle with even basic English, which made communication difficult. There’s also no elevator in the hotel, so if you’re staying on the third or fourth floor, be prepared to carry all your luggage up by yourself, as no one was available to assist.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you value convenience and good service. The lack of Wi-Fi, unhelpful staff, and the absence of basic amenities like an elevator made it a very disappointing stay.

A lovely traditional hotel with large wooden balconies, a shady courtyard and a roof terrace. Rooms are well equipped (fridge & kettle) and very clean. Good value too. I would stay again.
Note, there is no lift but a man kindly lugged my suitcase up to the 4th floor for me. Thank you.

Don't care about customers . Extra unfriendly staff . No city maps, any information, barely don't speak English, they seem angry all the time, wearing casual clothes, any identification. It seems clients disturbs them. Don't clean the bedroom ;no elevator . It's a nightmare hotel, don't go even for free . Only location is good but i don't recommend to my worst enemy

A very convenient location. 5 minutes to the cable car, next to a bunch of fun and beautiful area. The hotel itself is in need of repair, you can see that all the old, however, in a city only for the night to come. Cozy patio with a fountain and tables. The staff is quite friendly, although not particularly to communicate yet. The rooms are cleaned well. In General, if You eat walk around the city, not sit in the room - completely.
