Ornament Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi

We arrived in Tbilisi on a Sunday night without a reservation and found this hotel while walking around the center. The receptionist was very kind, polite, and helpful — she even allowed us to check the room before making a decision, which I really appreciated.

The room was clean and organized. There was a light smell, similar to smoke or maybe just a closed room, but nothing serious — once we opened the window, it was fine. I’ve stayed in many different hotels around the world, and for me this was totally normal.

One important detail: the hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient, especially with luggage.

What I really liked is the location — very central, close to everything, which was perfect for us. We paid 100 GEL per night, which is honestly one of the best prices in this area since most other hotels were much more expensive.

My advice: don’t rely only on online reviews. If you have the chance, ask to see the room first. If you like it, stay; if not, just move on. For us, it was a good experience overall and great value for money.

Excellent family room. Clean, convenient location. The only downside is the third floor. If you are traveling without a man, keep in mind that you will have to lift your bags, there is no elevator. Otherwise, only positive impressions. We checked in at night at 3.30, no problems arose).

Lovely rooms. Helpful staff, although English is limited. Don't pay extra for the balcony - there are no chairs to sit out and the balcony railing comes up so high you can't see out anyway. The roof is a lovely place to sit with a protracting roof. Breakfast needs some work - more fresh fruit and some proper coffee would be nice 👍. Still, a good value place.

Very nice hotel. They welcomed me very late at night. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good also. Don’t let the neighborhood for you, yes it’s a residential neighborhood but the hotel is great. Would stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We requested to have our breakfast at 6am and they manage to arrange it for us. Though the breakfast starts at 8am in the morning. The room was more than what we pay for. Vey clean and cozy complete amenities inside the room. As soon as we checked in we were informed to just tell them if me need something like plates, spoon, mugs, cups etc. We were also allowed to stay at the dining rooftop till late night. We just need to ask for key and the rooftop vies was amazing we could see the the mountains and the city. It was overall a pleasant and wonderful stay we will definitely come back to this hotel.
