Taberne Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi

Excellent hotel for singles, couples and families looking for multiple rooms.
Would give 10 stars if I could. Friendly staff, beautiful breakfast, gorgeous spacious rooms and great location.
Breakfast is a variety of options and changes slightly every day. During our stay, there was a live pianist playing during breakfast, playing variety of songs and sometimes, one of the lovely staff would sing.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and had plenty of space for luggage. Our children could also spend time in our room without it being cramped.
We booked a massage and the masseuse was very professional.
Taberne is within a nice precinct with open streets that felt safe. It is in easy walking distance to many of the sights (noting that Tbilisi has plenty of hills and very bad footpaths), and is in the heart of wonderful places to eat, including the Bazari, Mussel Place and Wine Hole (downstairs).
There is a Carrefour's a block away and it is only a couple of blocks to the mall at Liberty Square Metro Station.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Tbilisi.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my tour in Georgia. I thought the location was great, with pedestrianized areas of restaurants and cafes right around the corner, and easy walks to museums and Old Town. Rooms were smallish, but clean and very comfortable. The staff were great. For someone used to American hotels, I thought the breakfast buffet was amazing. Would definitely return.

Our second trip to Tbilisi was for our marriage registration, and we chose this beautiful hotel for our stay. Honestly, it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in together.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and spotless, with a perfect location right in the city center. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.
Our room was very spacious and clean, with a balcony offering a stunning view.
Hotel service: 10 out of 10.
Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here in April of 2021 aka the worst time for tourism. Our original accommodation fell through and we had to find something urgently, so we just stumbled onto this place.

It was the best stay ever. I cannot think of a better location or service. Breakfast, rooms, amenities were all superb.

I went to open an individual enterprise, a very good location for this, a few minutes walk to the House of Justice and all the necessary banks

Wonderful hotel. Great location, delicious breakfasts with live music performed by a stunning pianist. Hospitable and friendly hotel staff. They helped me choose and book a restaurant for my birthday celebration. It was very nice to receive congratulations and a compliment from the hotel management. I recommend it to everyone!

Very new. The quality of materials used in this hotel is very good for this price. The towels are a little torn. Location, it's a 12-15 minute walk to Freedom Square and the National Museum. The front is a bit run-down. Maybe due to economic reasons, the commercial street behind the hotel is quite deserted at night. Breakfast is simple but OK. We booked the smallest room, which was a bit crowded but ok for one person with little luggage. Breakfast included. If I were traveling alone, I would prefer the Ibis Old Town store near Liberty Square, which is more lively. But a difference of 20%-25% is not small. Very good value for money.
