I stayed at this apartment for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Mr. Ramaz was amazing—his warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, tidy, and very quiet, which allowed for a peaceful rest. Everything was exactly as described, and the overall environment was excellent. The only thing to note is that the apartment is a bit far from the city center, but if you’re looking for a calm and comfortable place with a great host, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay at this place. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped!!
We arrived in Georgia with our bicycles and it was also a perfect place to park safely our bikes.
The owner is also selling his own wine and we can also recommended it. Then you can enjoy it with your dinner on the roof top with a good view on the capital.

We reserved this apartment and told them we would arrive at the midnight because we are on the way. But half an hour before we got there they canceled our reservation and didn’t care about costumers.
