Hotel Tourist in Tbilisi

Very DEVASTATING experience! I left the key at the reception for my room to be tidied up only to return back and find out that my sunglasses were missing! The housekeeper only replaced the bin in the toilet and didn’t change the bed sheets neither replaced the towels. I reached out to the hotel owner/manager Mr. Gio to probe into the matter but nothing was done. The management claimed that I lost the sunglasses somewhere else and was shifting the blame on the hotel, as if I were insane. He shared a vague cctv footage of a lady emptying the bin but the video didn’t make any sense! He went ahead to replace the lock, though it didn’t matter at that point since I couldn’t recover the lost item. No any compensation whatsoever.
The bathroom door was very stiff, I could literally struggle to open it for 8 days🙄
Anyone planning to check-in in this hotel should stay vigilant of their belongings. Not to forget mentioning the staff at the restaurant downstairs, they were so RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC!!!

Not reviewing the hotel, but the restaurant right beneath it. Staff was very rude, bathroom locked, no guests allowed to use it. Food was served in dishes without any server hygiene, and when asked to parcel it, they threw it in a plastic bag and left it at the counter. Zero respect, zero hospitality. I would not recommend this place.
