Completely avoid staying here. The whole hotel has a bad smell. Inside room the carpet has a damp smell. No water, tea bags were provided in the room. We booked the hotel with breakfast but the receptionist said they don't provide breakfast at all. So we have to walk 1 km for a coffee and breakfast. The receptionist keeps knocking the door from 11 am for checkout even though the checkout time is 12 pm. The carpets are badly maintained. Totally avoid. We had a terrible experience

While me and my family and we were outside of the hotel, they entered my room, collected our clothes in a garbage bag and left them at the reception until we returned, even though I had a reservation for that day as well. I informed them at the morning via WhatsApp and it was registered in their system, but when we returned to the hotel, they lied to me and said that the room was damaged by water and that we had no other rooms, and suddenly and by chance I knew that they had rented the room to other people. Unbelievable and disgusting behavior. I do not recommend this hotel due to the terrible inhuman treatment.

Worst experience of staying in hotel ever
Please don’t book it for the sake of cheap price
Bad smell of hotel
Very rude dealing from the receptionist
Even she was not there most of the time
Windows can’t be closed properly noice of the street will not let you sleep
Lastly the carpet , bed , mattress and pillows were dirty already !
Safe yourself and book it somewhere else with the good reviews…

Classic hotel, clean but old style and no elevator to some rooms and main reception, no reception available at afternoon, you have to call them by WhatsApp if you need something, the toilet flush was not working, called the maintenance to fix it and still next day stopped working again(Toilets need maintenance), the reception team were respectful, friendly and helpful, I sent them a voice message to clean the room and they put the instructions on the wall if you need anything, they responded fast . No close market in that area, you need to walk for a while. You need to serve yourself especially at evening and night. I don’t exaggerate but I tell the truth.

this best hotel with best price really valuable for everything not very good hotel little bit old but for this cost private room with full facility really good i recommend it highly but if i am owner this hotel make the good renovate and sell the room for higher price

We like this hotel near to metro marjanishvili And you can access everywhere but need the renovate Our room is perfect and beaurty at all we satisfied,we stay at hotel three night If this hotel make the breakfast and serve it I will back this hotel and recommend it

none of the listed services are offered. They threw us into a dirty room and disappeared. We were reluctantly given towels that were missing from the room at check in. I was taking a shower and the glass door fell on me, I stayed for four days and they never came to fix it. I asked to speak to the manager about the obscene situation and was told she was sleeping and then left me alone at the front desk. A pair of earrings and a ring that I had left in a certain part of the room disappeared. Don't make the mistake of visiting this "hotel".

This hotel is very good with the best rooms and the employees are very nice here, it has the best location ever and everything is good food, rooms and it’s the best place I’ve ever seen in this country and there’s the good price too

The biggest plus here is..
Real prime location, 600 meters from shops, restaurants, pharmacy and banks as well as other services.
Let down was the in room heating, not high enough for the temperature of those days which was between 4 and -2 degrees Celsius and snow on the streets
When the light is off during the evening it flows so if you are sensitive it will definitely wake you up.
I must say it was quite and relaxing
No restaurant available after breakfast.
This is a hotel which you must use if you are going to be off the whole day.

I read the comments and decided to leave a review
We have room 310, for the sum of 100 GEL for two days (there was a discount) we liked everything, the room was without dampness and hygienically clean, yes it is not ideal, but for 50 GEL per day we were satisfied with everything. The staff woman was responsive
But the most important problem of this hotel:
The reception desk does not work from 22:00 to 11:00, so if you come as we did at night, get ready to sleep in the hall or walk at night.
Another disadvantage is that the hotel is called Jabba palace, but the sign is Margo palace.
I think if you rent for a few days it's a pretty good option, can't say about long term rentals though
