We booked two separate rooms in this hotel.
On the first day, bed bugs were found in my room. I immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk staff insisted that “there are absolutely no bed bugs in this hotel this could be beacuse of other people stayed here befer etc” so we trusted them and did not change hotels.
On the third day, bed bugs were found again — this time in my mother’s room. At that point, the reception offered to change the room, but it was already our departure day.
One receptionist tried to blame us, asking if we had stayed somewhere else before, instead of taking responsibility. It was clear that the first day’s report was not taken seriously and the manager was probably not informed.
Bed bugs are a serious health and hygiene issue, not a small inconvenience. They can easily spread to luggage, clothes, and homes, causing long-term problems.
I strongly warn people:
Do NOT stay at this hotel. Very poor hygiene !!!!
The check in was easy and very nice
The room are comfortable and quality
We also got a battle of wine when we arrived
The location is very good for travelling Tbilisi streets, restaurants and night life
The breakfast was very tasty
We will definitely come again

Room was nice and clean, bathroom was also clean. I stayed in 3 hotels during my visit in Georgia and this hotel had nicest and cleanest bathroom, so that's mega good.
Breakfast was delicious, the only hotel that still had food. Other hotels had very limited food supply so we didn't have what to eat. In Kalasi Hotel we didn't have this issue. Food was always topped up and it was delicious. Reception crew was super friendly. Thanks guys!

also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.
Highly recommend this breakfast — and huge compliments to Rima for making it unforgettable!
