Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am.

Stayed here twice on tour of Caucasus First time room 708 for 2 nights Positives -Location of hotel convenient Negatives -Small room, no place to put our suitcases or open them except the bed -Strange quilts, two horizontal strips across the bed, but too narrow to use one each as normal -No kettle, did have coffee machine but only one cup and saucer which looked decorative rather than useable- strange! -No plugs by bed to charge phones -Main road very busy/noisy -Room smelled of cigarettes +++ -Seems very Russian leaning from the guests -Poor breakfast, no fruit, no yoghurt, only juice was canned cherry juice and horribly sweet! Second time room 613 for 1 night -Lovely big room -Had a nice deep bath -Did not smell of cigarettes -Not on main road so much quieter -Plugs either side of bed to charge phones -Kettle, coffee machine and 2 cups! Would stay in room 613 again, do not stay in room 708!

A very average hotel. It is clean and room was spacious, but location on a side street without an easy cross walk makes it not super ideal and it can be loud with cars and nightly protests. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful - struggled to open door a few times when hands were full and they never got up to help, barely looked up from the desk.

The air conditioner had a problem. The weather was a bit cold, so I wanted to turn on the air conditioner for heating. The air conditioner was already in heating mode, but after it was turned on for a while, the temperature displayed was even lower, from 19.2 degrees to 18.5 degrees. I woke up from the cold at night. The bathtub didn't have a plug. The front desk said that their bathtubs were like this. I booked for two nights, but left after one night. If you don't want a refund, then don't refund it.

Very nice and standard hotel in the heart of the city. All attractions are reachable with a short/cheap bolt ride. We paid half a night for a very early check in (7 am) which was absolutely worth it. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is very decent with an omelette station.

the room is simple but nice the location is good near of bus station and about 10 min to the metro. no any store around but you need to walk.

Good location in the city center and close to the bus stop. I got a little sick during my stay, but the facilities were good so I was able to relax. I asked for a late check-out and they did it for a very reasonable price. I would like to stay here again.

Another cool wannabe Hotel. Good stay but don't expect too much more. Rather poor breakfast and the internet is a catastrophe.

Nice hotel but lacks the essence of customer service and most importantly customer satisfaction. It is a pity as it is really nice and clean.
