If you’re looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay, this hotel will make sure you get the exact opposite. Breakfast? Forget it. Unless you plan on starting your day well after 9 a.m., you’ll miss it — like we did both mornings. One day because we had an organized excursion, the other because we were leaving at 08:20 (which in any respectable hotel is still considered morning, not the middle of the night). The soundproofing is a joke — we could hear our neighbours at all hours, slamming doors, coming and going, and making sure we were part of their daily routine whether we liked it or not. The stench from the restrooms was so foul it could knock you out faster than the useless, tiny air conditioner, which was not only completely inadequate for the room size but also placed in such a ridiculous position that it barely cooled anything except the wall it was pointing at. Honestly, we’ve stayed in budget hostels with ten times the comfort and basic functionality. Spare yourself the misery and never, ever stay here.

Convenient location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, you can check in (check out) at the time you need, cleaning and changing towels took place every day, they brought water.

The overall impression is bad. Although great location and friendly stuff, there was a problem with WC, there was impossible to use it. The smell was terrible and toilet was not properly functioning!!!

A very beautiful place. This is a very nice place with nice staff. Useful location. All objects of interest are within walking distance. The clean rooms and polite, helpful attitude won my heart. They helped me buy tickets to a very rare dance show. When I lost my camera, they tried their best to help me find it.

The hotel is located very close to city center, liberty bridge and cafes streets (About 15-30 min walk). The rooms are comfortable with cool design. The owner is very friendly, does whatever needed for your stay to be perfect. As well you can reach Carefur supermarket by 10 min walk.

Usually I travel for business. This time it was a vacation trip with my wife. First rime in Sakartvelo/Georgia, first time in Tbilisi. Given the price of the hotel, I had higher expectations. But seeing other places around, I think the hotel gives a good “value for money”. The staff is very friendly (there are only two people there- the reception guy and the breakfast chef girl). The hotel and the room is clean, although the furniture and decor sometimes shows sign of wear. After the friendliness of the staff, location is the best thing about the hotel. An old and cranky bed is the worst thing :) The strangest thing os that breakfast is served starting from 9:00 - too late for tourists like us who want to go on a day trip with one of the many tourist tour companies- all day tours start at 9:00. Fortunately the breakfast chef was kind enough to serve us 20 min earlier, and thanks to the perfect location of the hotel we could make it to the tour in time. For those who like the charm of the old city, dining out, walking- the hotel location is just great. Also next to Liberty square and the Metro station- 3 stops away from the railway station.

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
