Tbilisi, 36 Rustaveli Avenue (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very convenient location, has coffee shops, popular and cheap restaurants and other useful things around. Also the stuff is the most helpful, this was one of the most coziest trips that i had to Georgia.
This hotel is indeed the cheapest in terms of cost performance. There is a Chinese restaurant and a hand-painted coffee shop next door, but the room has no windows
It is obviously several degrees hotter inside than outside. If you want to save money, choose this one
Everything good, but electic kettle was unavailable. But other thing good
I like this hotel very nice and clean near everything in Tbilisi
My phone cord charger broke and one of the members of the team leant me his charger on several occasions! He was phenomenal and helped me with withdrawing money from the atm and ordering a Bolt to get to the airport
The hostel is in a really ideal location. Close to everything in old town and maybe a 10minute walk to the nearest metro station. The rooms are clean and despite being in a central location, it’s very quiet
They do turn off the main light around 11pm and turn the lights on again around 8 but because there are windows in the rooms that go into the main space you can still see the lights
Two downsides: the mattresses are not comfortable. You can feel the springs digging into your body. It’s very bright at all hours in the hostel
I will definitely come back!
A special thanks to Temujin, who was incredibly helpful with his politeness and kindness
Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay
Tbilisi, 16 Avlabari str. (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
A hotel close to the cathedral. The day we spent our time at this hotel, The water supply was broken. The staff told that the government turned off. Had to take a shower the following day
Wonderful home-cooked breakfasts, like grandma's) now they are from 9 to 11, but if necessary, the owner of the kitchen comes earlier. It's a pity that there was no fruit for breakfast, but that's if you're picky
A cozy, pleasant hotel in a quiet place near the center, 5 minutes to the metro, 15 minutes to the center. Clean, tidy, air conditioning in the room, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, disposable slippers
My room was in the annex across the courtyard, so I had a small balcony at my disposal, the room was spacious and the bathroom was also large and comfortable. I would be happy to return to this hotel!
The staff is attentive, I would even say caring. They will help you carry your bag, order a taxi, and in general treat you like a human being. Everyone speaks Russian and is friendly
The best thing about this hotel is that you can sit in the garden under a pomegranate tree, drinking wine, eating scrumptious Georgian hachapuri and thinking about your life
I made a reservation at short notice for a night's stay. It was hard to tell at first glance that it was a hotel, probably because it was under renovation, and when I arrived the door was closed and I couldn't get in
Best place ever in tbilisi!! Very friendly staff !! Breakfast is best fresh food!! Clean and in the centre of tbilisi!! Just love it!! 24 hour reception available!! Taxi service best prices!! Next trip to tbilisi I will book HOTEL ISAKA !!
Nice hotel, interesting interior with mixed styles (vintage and modern), attentive staff Nika and Oksana. Family room was big, comfortable, warm and clean. Car parking in front of entrance, free
A simple but very well-located hotel, good for quick trips.
I called and they came out and showed me to my room
Tbilisi, Zaldastanishvili Street 7, close to Rustaveli Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
They are friendly and with good breakfast, convenient location. Interior design is great I was able to focus on my work in the room with the balcony. Next time hoping to stay longer! Thank you for your service
Quite a climb on the slopes to arrive at the hotel, no elevator to access the highest floors, the aircon was not working and had to borrow an external heater to keep warm
The receptionist, Vano (if I recall his name correctly), was very polite and, as a bonus, spoke Russian. Considering the incredibly reasonable price, they even served a delicious breakfast
A fantastic, affordable hotel situated right in the city center. It's conveniently located next to the cable car entrance, which offers stunning panoramic views of the city
This was the only hotel I found in Georgia with a coffee machine, but sadly, the coffee itself wasn't great.
Nice near to every travel spot. I love the place, the room & bathroom is big

Great stay! The hotel is affordable and very comfortable. The staff are super helpful and go above and beyond even with things that aren’t part of their job. Special thanks to Luca for the excellent service!
Roman for his outstanding hospitality and dedication to ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Roman went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect
Facilities are good and the owner is nice service. He good take care and good advice for restaurant and travel place. Has good kitchen but room toilet is deduct 1 point because flush toilet is dirty
From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the exceptional service provided by the staff, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mr
Wonderful Vacation Experience
I recently had the pleasure of spending my vacation at the Friendly Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Roman for his exceptional hospitality

My wife and I were there for ten days and we really enjoyed the relaxing, beautiful and safe environment of this hotel. They were very hospitable and helped us a lot. The rooms were very clean and tidy every day
Do not judge it because it’s small. The room had two beds and a sofa bed with a modern design and smart tv. There is breakfast to go to every morning, a rooftop and a garden. I recommend
The owners are so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and made fresh right in front of us. The location is out of the city, so very quiet.
The Hotel was superb, great in all aspects, cleanliness, service, spacious, calm & sufficiently distanced from the Tbilisi city. Felt like a home!
Lovely family-run hotel. The service is great and the owners are very helpful. One of the better breakfasts offered at Georgian hotels.
Tbilisi, 23 Merab Kostava St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great experience. Hosts extremely accommodating and welcoming. Lovely rooms in an ideal location. Small kitchen for communal use was a helpful surprise also. I’d solidly recommend.
Awesome hotel in the very center! Very nice & stylish rooms and excellent service. I have no idea why there are so few reviews but this is definitely the place to stay.
Great location, big rooms, new bathroom. Additionally the heating works very very well so even in the winter, you will stay warm. We will be back
Tbilisi, Pirveli Qucha 12 Navtlugi District, Isani-Samgori (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Everything is great, the owner Serezha is very polite and charming! Just a cutie! The room is clean, the kitchen is comfortable, the location is just super convenient! The metro is three hundred meters away, the bus stop is nearby
Cozy inexpensive hotel, sociable owners who speak Russian, before this I could not agree in the neighboring hotel where they speak Georgian and English, and I only know Armenian and Russian) Near the metro, 15 minutes to the center, there is a 24-hour store, there is a shared kitchen, which significantly saved money! In general, we recommend
We came as a couple to visit the capital, Sakartvelo. We found wonderful, welcoming hosts, a married couple from St. Sergey helped with logistics around the city and beyond, for which we are especially grateful
A quiet and peaceful hotel, with a very polite and helpful receptionist, Ilya. The hosts are very responsible. They showed us everything, explained everything, and offered many helpful tips
It was clean, comfortable, and warm (we were there in December), with decent Wi-Fi. You could tell there was a warm welcome, from the people there and for the people there
They recommended a place a 7-minute walk away where you could grab a good bite. We went to a meeting with a late departure. We were extremely pleased with our experience
Tbilisi, P.Kakabadze 25, Dzveli Tbilisi (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was so-so, but the price was incredibly cheap
The night and sunrise views were breathtaking; I even felt the 26-degree Celsius train fare was unnecessary. The breakfast on the 4th floor was excellent
During my two days in Tbilisi, I practically hiked from the cable car park all the way to the Holy Trinity Cathedral on the opposite side
They offered various kinds of cheese, vegetable patties, and a salad with a mixed Western vegetable that was delicious
If you take a bus via navigation, the climb is quite steep, but the scenery along the way is unique
I ended up spending an extra five or six euros buying it at convenience stores and supermarkets afterwards. The breakfast was plentiful, with coffee, black tea, milk, and apples
Tbilisi, 28 Kote Apkhazi str. (ex. Leselidze), Dzveli Tbilisi, 0105 Tbilisi, Gruziya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
There’s a restaurant in the building right in front of the hotel which serves delicious halal Georgian food. There are a lot of wonderful shops and places to visit around the hotel that are within walking distance
Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for 3 nights where we were warmly welcomed in by Sally. The warmth and vibrance of the hotel’s location are a great escape from modern city life
The feeling of staying in hotel GT is like staying in a home rather than just a hotel. The staff is wonderful and Sally made our stay memorable and took good care of us
They added good value to the overall satisfaction of my first trip to Georgia. Not for those who like luxury but a quiet corner in the center of Old City
The location of the hotel is simply fantastic! You can walk so many landmarks without any problem. The place has a home feeling with friendly staff
Very good experience in tbilisi, good stay, only noise during the nights until 3am. Otherwise very nice and comfortable stay👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Tbilisi, 83 Tsinanauri Street (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Lots of young people stayed here. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The only downsides were the lack of a hairdryer in the room and the shampoo wasn't very good
Very clean and new hotel rooms, friendly staff. They can also give you a free iron if you need to iron your clothes. There is an elevator in the building.
Perfect hotel, everything is clean rooms are good, very nice view an friendly staff. I will come back soon.
Good service staff, OK hotel, close to tourist attractions.
Very clean, good location, very good breakfast ❤️🙏🏻
Prime location, friendly staff, 6 min far from the centre. Its more like family business you can feel the vibe! I would definitely come back !

Homely atmosphere. In walking distance: metro, market, deli 24 hours, pharmacy cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes leisurely step to the Old Town. Clean, comfortable. All home appliances
Nice, clean place in good place and great location
Tbilisi, Ketevan Dedopali Avenue 41 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Even though I don't speak any russian / georgian and she doesn't speak English, there wasn't any problem. I can only recommend this place if you're staying in Tbilisi for a bit!
Awesome place, stayed here for two nights, the room was great, breakfast tasty and the owner and her family are incredibly nice and friendly
Very kind staff and well-cleaned rooms. Just 20 min walk of city center. Recommended!
I stay there with my wife , cozy ,clean and helpfull staff but breakfast is very poor!!
Very friendly people clean rooms
Place is congested best part is location of tge hotel so close to places of you might want to vist

My husband and I were stayed for 4 nights and we love the place. The owners are so accommodating. The terrace is perfect to view the city. They serve a good food and drinks. We love their home made wine👌
To all parameters: cleaning, purity, comfort, personal, price, location, wi-fi, facilities I this hotel is worth a visit (i would say MUST HAVE!) if you are looking for truly Georgian hospitality!
I hightly recommend Gamarjoba Hotel and want to say "Thank you" to all host family – Gela, Tati, Saba and Buba. I was flee from war in Ukraine and Gamarjoba Hotel was my 2 month temporary home
It's just everything is perfect from the beginning until the end happy family managing the place in a fantastic way wish them a very good luck and more success
It’s a nice, clean and comfortable hotel or more like a homestay situated in a quiet place. Friendly and welcoming host. Good view from the rooftop.
I strongly recommend to all guests to stay at Gamarjoba hotel, to taste Gela`s wine, to enjoy sunset over Tbilisi and feel free and comfortable
Tbilisi, 29a Pavle Aslanidi Street 2nd floor Flat No: 4, Vake-Saburtalo (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Positive points: cool travelers, equipped kitchen, balcony, low price, big tv, free washing machine, good location Challenges: dirty, not enough toilet and bathroom, not comfortable beds, no daily cleaning rooms, no locker The end: it could be nice to try it
The private rooms are really nice, cozy, and cute, with good soundproofing, which made it easy to rest. There’s also a coworking space available, perfect for digital nomads who need a comfortable place to work
For Snowboarders and skiers! it’s very convenient that this hostel has a place to store equipment. Many hostels couldn’t accommodate us because they don’t have space for large bags, skis, and snowboards
They have a good kitchen with a sandwich machine, boiler, and all necessary facilities. There are three clean washrooms, a good common area, two dining tables, many chairs, and comfortable beds
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice roommates of various nationalities – German, Indian, Russian, Portuguese, British... Will definitely book again when visiting Tbilisi.
Great hostel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff is incredibly nice, the guy at the front desk was super sweet and a true gentleman, always helpful and welcoming
This hostel is very good and the best hostel in Tbilisi. I have visited 6 hostels, but this one is truly amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful
Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili St 161 (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A great hotel with extremely helpful staff. I arrived many hours before check-in without booking a room. A hostess let me plug my laptop in a comfortable hall, use their wifi and suggested a cup of coffee
Very nice and big rooms. Staff very friendly and available all times... hotel staff girl came with us when we need to visit hospital....did all conversations in local language...has helped a lot.... many thanks.
I have been there and I came to the hotel at around 8am there was receptionist who doesn’t speak English so I suffered to explain that I have booked a room from booking
One of the best hotel in Tbilisi, clean rooms, good personal, comfortable and cozy enviroment. I got pleasure there and had feeling, that I'm at my own home.
She took payment for 2 days which is 500€ but we stayed one night only … they told me because I arrived at 8am. No restaurant, no swimming pool
The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. Toothbrush with toothpaste, hotel slippers, BIG size soap and towels
Tbilisi, 19 Gvazauri II Dead End, Gldani-Nadzaladevi (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is quite high up, so the view is great. In terms of location, it's not very close to the city center, and it's not close to any public transportation. Luckily, my friends and I rented a car
There's also a small loving room and kitchen that people can use
Overall, very happy with accommodation and the price as I stayed for one night only
Location is a bit inside and difficult to walk up or to get a taxi
Very clean, nice rooms with toilet and toilet amenities. You can use washing machine or the common kitchen
A very nice and decently priced hotel in Tbilisi. Only negative is the location is bit out of the way.
They don’t accept credit card which we found out after we arrived. But the host was kind enough to cancel our booking on our request without any extra charges. Please carry cash if you need to pay on the premise
