Like staying with family!

We spent Christmas first in the Alpchalet and then a week directly in the hotel. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location towards Loretto Kapellen. Everything is level, which was very convenient for me with my walker. The Alpchalet in the hotel garden also has its own parking space (but there are plenty of parking spaces available, including an underground garage). The bathroom could use a walk-in shower, and the toilet is very low... but the living area is newly renovated. Great modern kitchen... lovely bed and a great, comfortable bench by the stove... very cozy and rustic. Breakfast is served in the hotel. The staff and owners are fantastic! The food is five-star quality... everything is very fresh... you can even see the butcher delivering it. The ham is sliced ​​paper-thin and delicious! Steffi Jäger creates a special muesli. Really tasty! There was a small gift for Christmas ⭐️🌟🎁🎅💫. The sauna and infrared sauna are great. The pool was a bit too chilly for our taste. There's also a whirlpool tub. Dogs welcome 💞

We had to cancel our stay at short notice due to illness and were treated exceptionally kindly and fairly. Communication was very pleasant, understanding, and straightforward. This is by no means a given and left a very positive impression on us.

We would inquire again anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and the way guests are treated.

Such a beautiful hotel. Everything is lovingly designed, and in the evenings, candles burn everywhere, creating a truly cozy atmosphere. The staff and owners are so friendly and accommodating, always willing to listen. The breakfast is delicious, and you have everything you need. After a long hike, the small, cozy wellness area is a treat. The rooms are furnished with loving details, and everything is clean and tidy. We will definitely be back.

Till now, this is the best hotel ever. The cleaning service ist absolutely outstanding. Our room was clean, with a nice view, with a balcony, warm and big enough for two persons. Our bathroom had towels and other staff that you will probably need like soap, shower gel etc.
We had breakfast included in our booking every morning. It was more as a buffet, but was very delicios. Kind staff♥️. The also accept animals ♥️♥️♥️
A relaxing place. Definitly yes! I would recomand this place.

Have been here for almost a week and feel very comfortable.
Not in the middle of town but in 10 minutes on foot. Room and breakfast very good. Keep it up.
