The room was freezing and had zero amenities. Not even a Kleenex. No extra pillows. No nothing. I was there for one night because of a flight cancellation. This website said breakfast was included but when I got there they said breakfast was NOT included and it would be an additional €21. Because of the ongoing flight delay situation I, a diabetic, got not one bite to eat or drink of water until about noon. The staff was nice enough but this hotel is really overpriced. It also cost €109 to get there from the airport so it should not be considered “close” to the airport. The worst thing though was how cold the room was.

Everything was very pleasant and relaxing! The hotel has a nice restaurant. We would definitely return.

We won't be returning.
We booked a luxury room with a king-size bed and a coffee machine. It was absolutely filthy under the bed; our dog kept trying to get something, and when we looked, it was full of old crumbs and dust. In the morning, we tried to make coffee, but the pods just dropped straight through the machine without producing any coffee. To top it all off, we were also charged 8 euros for the hotel's outdoor parking spaces, or 15 euros if we wanted to use their underground garage.

We definitely won't be coming back.

We received a friendly welcome, and our various requests were promptly accommodated. The room was clean and bright, with high-quality toiletries provided.

A really lovely hotel. The service is absolutely excellent, the restaurant is good, and the entire property is well-maintained.

The facilities are well-equipped. It's quite charming that even the vintage 1987 elevator is still fully functional! The overall style of the property is very comfortable, and it boasts excellent views. It's definitely a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

The staff at check-in were very unfriendly. Upon entering the room, we found toilet paper in the toilet. Parking was an absolute rip-off.
